Very close to a really nice clean section of the beach. Room was a huge 2 level and was very clean. Bike rentals on site:)

Great Air Conditioner, Great location, Beautiful Beach! The staff was super friendly and helpful, with early arrival and easy check in. The apartment was large and the pool, facilities were good.

Kitchen is practically bare - no paper towels,bowls, mugs, and just enough silverware for 2 people. Very rusty, outdated kitchen Living room has just one small sofa - nowhere to really relax and watch tv. No soap?! Enough towels for just 2 people. There must be a Dollar Store somewhere!!

Nice place for any occasion, specifically for couples, families or friends. Clean all around. Peaceful and friendly. We felt secure in the area. Restaurants and pharmacy in proximity. Minutes from Downtown Miami. Beautiful view of the skyline. Beach access short walk away from the building. Friendly staff. The manager Mr. Bruno was friendly, helpful and polite to us. We had a wonderful time, thank you.

Honestly, that we couldn't stay longer. In a place like that one don't want to leave. Feel like a home away from home. Definitely want to keep going back.

Location was fantastic and the access to the beach was nice. The full kitchen is convenient for a long stay with children. Free parking great when having a car. Communication with Alexandra was easy and accommodating. There is a pool and most people are courteous about not staying extended periods of time so guests can rotate.

Little things like kitchen appliance upgrades needed and some replaced due to broken parts, more kitchen things could be provided like measuring cups, cutting board, mixing bowl and a sink stopper to be able to conserve water washing dishes. The towel review is accurate but they are great about providing anything you need. Large family/party of loud guests in the pool and pool area for three days from the time it opened until after it “closed”.

We received a confirmation email with instructions in case we arrived after hours, very professional. Our room was beautiful and clean and the staff was welcoming and informative. We are planning to spend our next vacation here. The best part is a 3 minute walk to a private beach. No crowds, gorgeous view, warm water... excellent vacation spot and we highly recommend.

Our room was a loft, so it was a bit warm upstairs. A fan would have made it perfect.

It was beautiful, very clean, spacious and private. we loved staying there with our four kids. The pool was clean, the rooms were cool. I was worried about cleanliness based on some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised by the room and the grounds.

The pool wasn’t heated. Not a deal breaker at all, we spent most of the time at the beach which was just a short walk from the property.

Room was clean, cool, and comfortable. Beach access was nice. Location- very convenient to services in downtown Village of Key Biscayne Liked there was an elevator in the building (though out of service when we were there - hopefully fixed by now) Pool - very clean, pool towels and poolside shower available.

As intimated to Alexandra - stock the apartment with a few supplies - paper towels, salt, pepper, small cooking oil, etc, to help guests get started with some cooking and clean up amenities. Would also appreciate more towels and bath supplies in the room.

Great location and beach access was a plus. Pool was very nice. Very quiet, but because so quiet felt a little out of place with young children... however they had fun and no one seemed to have a problem with them enjoying themselves in the pool.

The facilities were definitely older and had a very worn out feel. We had to resecure sliding doors which didn't lock well. There is no lobby and it was very hard to find where to check in. In general it felt more residential than a hotel experience. Furniture was hard and spare in "living" area, with no cushioned chairs an old a very firm armless futon for a couch.

Located on a nice street within easy walking distance to beach and restaurants & shops. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary for a short / medium stay

Definitely a very tired property, it is maintained and everything functions, but it feels run down — however that is reflected in the price

The location and closeness to the beach. The place was clean.

There was no direct access to the beach. The door that was supposed to be for the guests had a broken key inside. We reported to the contact given but they did not change the situation. We then so locals opening the door from the side so it must have been broken for a while. The contact said we could enter from the park near by because they always leave the gate open. Another thing we had a little bit of on issue was the bed was very hard an a little noisy.
