The location is good and near to most of shopping stores and fast food restaurants. It is nearby Mall of Florida. Parking spaces are good. Swimming pool is great. There was no fridge in the room; however, it was provided to us second day after asked for it, many thanks to the hotel administration and to the man who delivered it.

No room services unless you asked personally the reception. We spent 5 nights and they forgot that room 151 is occupied and needed cleaning. I asked many times for cleaning and changing towels. Carpet is dirty not only inside room but also entire hotel and needs to be replaced by new carpet. No coffee machine. The young lady in the reception was not smiling at all when check in, it is not good to not smiling to the customers!

It was definitely a lot cleaner and nicer than we expected. The room smelled nice and the towels were softer than you'd expect. Also, the location is great, it was very close to where we needed to get to.

There weren't any washcloths, but that's OK. The receptionists in the lobby took some time to check everyone in because one of the computers was not functioning. Lastly, there was a $100.00 security deposit fee that I wasn't made aware of until after I checked in.

The proximity to airport and shopping and Theme parks ( if needed) were great. I am not going to lie, I was a little skeptical when driving in, no signs, needs a paint job, looked rough. Only can assume new owner bought property and is slowly remodeling as can afford. No worries! But as I walked in on a Friday evening after driving the lobby has been remodeled, super clean and pleasant surprise. No bad orders, no disorder at all, pillows, chairs and tables beautifully aligned. The check-in was a touch slower than anticipated but in now way affected my final views on hotel. He was extremely kind, helpful and spoke casually as he checked me in. ( he did introduce himself, but I’m bad with names!) sorry. I walked down very clean hallways, no issues, walked into my room. It was clean, actually cleaner than I could have expected! I have stayed at much higher priced rooms in Orlando and have been so grossed out, I’ve had to change rooms or change hotels. So huge shout out to housekeeping!! Outstanding job. i didn’t use the pool and didn’t even see but glimpses in the early morning as I left, so wouldn’t be fair to comment. But overall my experience was good and outstanding in the cleanliness.

The curb appeal is rough, I would definitely add a new sign even if it is a Temporary tarp style to hang. The hotel apparently needs upgraded doors and new painted walls as they are a bit banged up over the years, and the furniture could use upgrades but not the end of the world. New TV was awesome! and with that being said, they are keeping up by cleaning what they do have. I appreciate that more than new carpeting and furniture. overall stay was just fine for what you pay for.

Wifi can be unstable at times, the area of the hotel, while I didn't feel unsafe, had some interesting characters

Bed was very comfortable. Room and Bathroom were clean. Room was well sized. Some premium channels on television. Wifi was included. Plenty of lights in the room and a useful desk. It was a trip for school and the location was close to the meeting location. There were 3 fast food places and a large convenience store very close. They provided free coffee and ice water in the mornings. No breakfast, but for the price it's reasonable.

There wasn't a view, which was fine for my purpose. Providing more soap for longer stays without having to request might be nice, but overall I am very pleased.

The King room was very large and clean. There was room to move around. The plugs worked for charging devices. The towels were nice. The elevator worked well and arrived quickly. The lobby was a good place to bring a takeout meal for breakfast or dinner. Dunkin Donuts and McDonalds were a very short walk. Florida Mall food court was a half mile or so.

The shower took a long time to warm up. The mattresses were not that comfortable, especially the sofa bed. I had to ask for sheets and pillow for that and make it myself. Not a big deal considering the bargain price for the room.

Honestly, because of the affordable price, I though it was like a Motel. The pictures are noticing compare with the local. Orlando Palms is an excellent place to stay. It was my first time, and I would check in every time I fly to Orlando. I really loves it. Bed are heaven, the bathroom OMG, the staff super nice, the room is pretty big, very spacious. The pool is so good. Totally recommended. 10/10 Pd. Every attraction is super closeeeee. We went to Animal Kingdom, Icon Park, Fun Spot, The Florida mall and it was like 20 min MAX!!! And not to mention that it has Wawa right in front 🫶🏽

Easy check-in/out. Plenty of parking. Clean room no bugs. A lot of clean towels at the pool. Dunkin right next door and Wawa across the street.

Had a weird vibe. It felt like it used to be a run down place and they are working to change it but there was still signs of the past. Like people hanging out smoking by the doors some locks broken on outside key doors, cigarette butts and trash, the back gates pad locked shut so off you are are the back of the building you have drive all the way around the place.

Everything is good.

Well. I stayed here for 2 month, I'm here for work after move with my family from Tennessee, but I can't stay anymore. And we never cause problem or something like that. I hope they can change their mines. I appreciate everything they did for us, Mrs lupe, cleaning people are the best, staff are the best. But this policy is a little hard. I live the hotel and I recommend. Thanks for everything.

Staff was super friendly and the facility was super clean. Definitely much better quality than I expected for the very low price I paid. There are also fast food restaurants, service station and even a mall within walking distance. Honestly I am already planning my next stay.

Near a very busy road that is apparently very close to a fire station. Be prepared to hear fire trucks quite often. (Literally only putting this because it wants some sort of negative. This is definitely not a reason for me to not stay again)
