I like the price, the cleanliness and the location was really convenient. Also, the giant tub in the suite was really nice.

I have a little trouble with The cable and internet, but I didn't report it to guest services because I was too tired to deal with it and didn't want to have to change rooms.

The large jetted tub absolutely makes this place for me.

It seems like some people live there so, there’s A LOT of loitering, loud voices and dogs barking at all hours of the night. And, it sounds like it’s all happening RIGHT OUTSIDE THE DOOR of the room. We work until very late at night and stay here for work… it’s not the most ideal situation but, I deal with it because after several hours of hard physical labor and standing on my feet, my body NEEDS a hot tub with Epsom salts and some rest and relaxation. If it weren’t for the jetted tub, there’s be no reason for us to stay here.

Ms. Denise was an exceptionally great front desk personnel, Sometimes I have little questions that can make other people feel impatient, and ms. Denise was great on customer service. She had a valid answer to each of my questions, and I was satisfied with the speed I was checked in at last notice. She either owns the place or she has worked here a long time. -- Mr.Jordan.

The spa tub was absolutely amazing and exactly what I needed. I also love that it's in close proximity to the Florida Mall.

There were a few bugs, I don't know what kind but they were so tiny that it is easy to miss them. There were also burn marks in the shower ledge, I presume from people smoking there prior.

When we arrived here it was late so they gave us any room. It smelled like animals were in there. U can tell the room probably had been sitting but that next morning they accommodated us with another room that was way better. I never had problems before but it wasn’t nothing that wasn’t fixable. It still is a great hotel for the price and it’s very clean.

Never having my room ready. I've been here three or four times and my room is never ready at 3:34 it's always ready 2 to 3 hours later which is a very big inconvenience for me and then your front desk staff manager always getting smart she need proper training we'll have to talk to a customer and customer service reasons like her will keep me in my military friends from visiting your property.

Cleanliness, respectfully serviced, staff is well mannered. Excellent communication skills, Good housekeeping start.

No breakfast. Not the greatest location due to heavy traffic area.

The pool was closed and it is advertised so we were disappointed as it's in the high 80 temps and I had a 16yr old who wanted to swim. It was noisy at night due to disrespectful neighbors.
