This hotel was very conveniently located - between International Drive and Universal Drive - and within walking distance of several restaurants, a Walgreen's, Icon Park, Pirate's Cove (mini golf), Ripley's Believe or Not and other attractions. The rooms were of decent size (though they were smaller than how they looked in the photos) and the kitchenette was a nice convenience, especially for families. The breakfast was of a good quality (though it lacked variety day by day). Lots of parking spots available (though at a cost).

There could have been more variety in the breakfast offering (it was basically the same items every day), and on some days the breakfast area was very crowded. Also the hotel did not offer daily housekeeping services like what we are accustomed to at other hotels - you have to request housekeeping 24 hours in advance. Parking unfortunately was not free (it cost $10/night, $5/night if you stayed more than 5 nights and free if you stay more than 8 nights).

The location is perfect just behind the main bars in middle of I Drive. Loads of parking and so easy to access from both I Drive and Universal Blvd.

The pool was small and didn’t get the sun until 10:45am and only then sun shone on one side all day with 8 x sun loungers.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and enjoyed everything. First off all i was Thankful for my early check inn & late check out. Friendly & nice staff, top location walking distance from so many attractions & restaurants, great  breakfast

3rd time staying there, the suites are lovely, always clean, bed is very comfortable. Good breakfast!

There were at least 100 ants crawling throughout the room specifically in the kitchen and cabinets. Had to throw out some groceries and afterwards depended on the fridge to store our groceries. Hotel was advised and explained it was due to upcoming hurricane season(?) But it seems like other visitors experienced the same issue at other times.

The room was clean, very roomy and the bed very comfortable. They have a full-size refrigerator dishwasher, stove top, and microwave. It's like being at home! The breakfast was very, very good! Nice selection of food, something for everyone, and they keep it stocked. There is no running out halfway through as they are there to fill it back up! The pool area is very clean and nice. Also, in the room, you do not hear noises it is very quiet.. The hotel is right on I drive too.. it's the best value for the money!! All of the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. Fantastic!!! This is how a hotel should be run! A++++++++++++++

I can't say anything negative it was perfect!

We liked the location, lots of restaurants walking distance. Breakfast was good and copious. Staff was nice. Lots of parking spaces. King bed was comfortable and we like the kitchenette. Overall good stay and good value, we would stay there again.

Healthier options at breakfast would be appreciated and maybe more seating availability, it was often very crowded. Please do something about the waste of paper/plastic at breakfast, we noticed it was the same in other places but painful to watch! Certainly, there is a way to create less waste. Sofa bed not so comfortable.
