Right when you enter the main lobby they have a table full of different beverage dispensers. I thought this was very thoughtful and it saved me from having to load up on beverages while I was out and about. Breakfast was very good and there were more vegetarian-friendly options than I expected! I was quite happy about that. The room itself was nice and spacious. I had both a fridge and a microwave! Onto the bathroom, it was clean and I liked that they used refillable bottles attached to the walls instead of those tiny shampoos, etc. This hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the price is affordable - yet the service and amenities are awesome!

I personally wasn't a big fan of the mattress but it wasn't too uncomfortable.

A very clean well presented hotel, we were very pleased with our room, which had all the facilities that we required. Bed was comfortable, and we had our room serviced once during our three night stay, as per our request. For an included breakfast it was good with plenty of choice. Staff were friendly, and helpful when we dealt with them. Location, towards the south end of International Drive was good, we were able to easily get to all that we wanted to (by car). A faultless stay!

In view of the very large size of the open air car park, not happy that we had to pay an additional $5.00 per night to park the car. By all means, use the dashboard permits to restrict any unauthorised parking, but just include it in the room rate.

I liked the environment a good to stay 😊 love staying at Hampton.

Everything was fine but the only thing that I didn’t like at all,is the AC it’s very old it was making a very noisy nose that I couldn’t even fall as sleep as expected.AC needs to be updated please.I didn’t like either the fact that breakfast was the same menu for the 2 days I spent there!

The location was convenient to the conference center. The breakfast was not as good as Embassy Suites but was acceptable. Desk staff and maintenance man were very pleasant and helpful.

Television was not working first night. They blamed it on the weather. Second night I complained again and the Maintenace man had the manager contact Direct TV to reset the system and then it worked. The conditioner bottle was empty in the shower.

The location was perfect!!! We stayed to attend our daughter’s basketball tournament at the convention center. If the weather was cooler we would’ve walked and saved parking fees. It’s also walking distance to restaurants and pharmacy. It’s on the back side of International drive so you don’t get all the party noise late at night It also smelled very nice!!

Obvious thin walls between rooms. I asked for top floor for quietness. The room next door appeared to be two different guests for first two nights of my stay. It was horrible. I got hardly any sleep the first two nights. Third and final night was much better. I could of asked them to move me but I didn’t want to do that in middle of night and still chance the same problem in new room.

Front desk employee (Adrian?) was very nice, even late at night. The location is convenient, particularly to the Orange County Convention Center. The Pool had nice water; the common area on first floor had sufficient space for guests to “hang out;” breakfast was good enough (self- made Belgian waffles with toppings, yogurts, fresh fruit, juices, etc.); water and fresh fruit provided all the time in the lobby; housekeeping (Elena) was good; room was comfortable and quiet plus had good wi-if and a large television, common toiletries offered in case guest forgot something (e.g., shaving cream, toothbrush). Thank you.

Toilet in Room 323 needs something—slow to flush on first try.

Breakfast options are good, and spacious dining area. Breakfast served till 10 AM which is good.

Location is bit tricky to reach looks like sandwiched between many other hotel by all sides. These days lot of customers having EV's and having EV chargers will definitely attract customers. Please add up good number of EV chargers, you can ask guest to pay and use that is fine if can't include with the room price which will be even better.

I didn't like the fact that I was charged an extra fee of 10% of my total charge for staying over. It wasn't disclosed online. Had I know this I would have the choice of staying somewhere else that didn't charge extra fees . DIDN'T LIKE THIS AT ALL !

The main problem I had was with Andre the front desk clerk. My family and I had booked 3 rooms online. I checked in separately and a few hours later than they did. They were put on the 7th floor in very nice rooms. When I arrived I requested to have a room on the same floor. Andre said they had nothing left on that floor. He gave me a room on the 3rd floor directly in front of the elevator the worst part was the heavy smoke smell.I came back to the front desk and told him I couldn’t stay in that room do to the smell. Now Andre magically had a room available on the 7th floor. He comes across racist. My family is white and I’m middle eastern. The whole experience was very upsetting. I live in California have stayed in Hamptons frequently and never had this type of experience. I hope my complaint gets read and the problem corrected so other guests don’t have the same experience.
