I stayed in a corner room on the 11th floor, and the entire experience was great. I was traveling for work and, although I only stayed for one night, the room was perfect for working from my laptop and provided the right mix of comfort with multiple work area options. I stayed on a week night, so I was able to check-in several hours early. That was greatly appreciated. I also spent a few hours in the lounge area awaiting my flight the next day. The space feels safe, comfortable, and modern. The decor is modern, but it's not cold or industrial.

Nothing. Everything was great. My room was hot at one point, but that's because I turned off the A/C and forgot to turn it back on during the worst part of the day in the late afternoon. It definitely took several hours to cool back down, so my advice is just leave the settings as-is.

We missed our flight and got in at almost 3 AM. We were only staying overnight to continue our trip the next morning. The valet and front desk staff were really nice. They gave us a 1 PM check out so we could rest a bit since we arrived so late. He gave us a room next to the elevators but it was so quiet, we didn't hear a single sound from the other visitors. They facility is beautiful, beds are comfortable and the breakfast was delicious.

Since we got in so late and got a late checkout, we were hoping to sleep until at least noon. Our cleaning crew knocked on the door.3 different times and woke us up. They didn't communicate amongst themselves to let everyone know we had a late checkout.

Modern, clean, spacious and well equipped rooms. We had a king studio suite which worked really well for 2 adults and 2 children. Location was good for access to Riverwalk. Valet parking was excellent for staff and service.

Breakfast buffet was a little disappointing; there were long queues for cooked items.

The property was beautiful, clean, very modern. The front desk staff was helpful, professional and very personable. The facilities staff were quick to respond and personable. The energy of the place was as nice as the aesthetic!

They mistakenly charged two of us for the same stay, even after being asked repeatedly not to charge one of the cards. The front desk was hospitable, concerned and expressed a desire to resolve the matter. The manager was very methodical, expressed little empathy for the stress it caused. It was more than a week after our departure that there was resolve to the matter.

There was an issue with the AC, but the maintenance person came, he was super nice and helpful. He checked everything out and offered us a fan to help cool down. Also, the front counter and valet staff were very helpful and friendly.

The AC didn't get the room as cold as we would have like it, but we were still comfortable.

French Toast, bacon, eggs were delicious. Presentation was nice.

Waffles were cold and hard. too crisp. Would've liked more yogurt options - flavors in cartons not offered. No pastries offered. Tables were messy from people before us. We had to wipe our own table and difficult to find cleaning rag & disinfectant. No one available to help us.

Oh what a great way to kick start the day with that amazing and generous breakfast. Lots of variety and a nice spacious lounge and breakfast room - plenty of space. The staff were very quick to keep the food coming/refilling. I absolutely love this hotel and would stay there again.

I liked everything!

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were spacious and clean. The free breakfast was fantastic and plenty of seating and plenty of food. We also had lunch there and the bartender was fantastic; she took great care of us and the food was delicious. The valet service was amazing! Scanned the QR Code and the car was there in less than 5 minutes. Great job!

I was hoping to have the rooms close together but that didn't happen. Also, one of my companions had called the hotel prior to our stay and was told the room had a pull-out sofa but that was not the case for either room. The rooms were under separate names but were booked through Booking,com with the same confirmation number so upon arrival I was told I only had one room. I pulled up the confirmation and saw the different names and that solved the problem but it was just a tad disconcerting at first.

i loved the property itself. everything is close and near by. room service was amazing, the room is so comfortable and so is the bed. we stayed by the door near the elevator and not even noise from the outside was heard. the staff is always super attentive and nice.

Very nice and clean hotel. Room was very comfortable with a huge TV! Nice restaurant in the hotel. Pool and terrace area are nice. Front desk people were helpful. Really don't have any complaints. Great hotel.

Everything was great. Really nice and clean hotel! The only thing that I can say would be that the shower pressure could be a little better. Or a different shower head maybe. Other than that everything was great!
