Our room was better than expected. We only stayed one night. Location was great for attending a concert at Raymond James Stadium. Would recommend.

Breakfast hours were only until 9am on the weekend. It seems like that could be extended a bit for travelers.

Bed was good, room looked clean. The shower had warm water. That is also a plus plus for me. Fridge was clean.

I had cockroaches staying with me. I'm not afraid, but i think most people would not like that. Breakfast was poor. It was not full equipped with better varieties. Also for 2023, i do think at least a bed light with USB to charge your phone. There wasn't a single usb port in the hotel. TV is old fashion still. Allot of travelers don't care about watching tv, but if they do, at least a smart one that you can put youtube or netflix on it.

The guy at the reception was very kind, he changed our room for us, the hotel is not very new but apparently they are remodeling, the room is quite clean, they do daily room service

The breakfast, little varied, the first day there was a girl who kept everything clean, in order if something ran out she would put more things but up to date but on the second day, the person who was there did not do her job very well, the eggs cold, there was no bread, and she simply said that the oven had broken down, but her attitude was not the best

family oriented and child friendly convenient location not too far from airport friendly staff breakfast was very good - cheese and egg offering provided daily room clean is a plus, not every property offers this now free parking wifi was reliable staff honored request to be at a quiet location of the property booking.com room rate was a good discount off regular rates for authentic bbq, just down the street is BJ's Alabama bbq, it is the best ! easy checkin / checkout

you will have to travel a bit to get to beaches and points south like Sarasota saw 2 roaches in room breakfast hours need to be extended to 10:00 am as those who get to breakfast closer to 9 am present closing time may not have much to select from no fan or ventilation in bathroom

Located near many restaurants. Ample parking. The breakfast/coffee was an exceptional version of the standard American Breakfast at two star hotels. My mom liked the toasted croissants here better then in Paris. You can tell the team running the hotel are working hard to provide excellent accommodations and service.

There was a slight musty smell in the room. It would go away after a few minutes. I think it was coming from the carpet and AC units.

The person at the front desk was wonderful! We felt confident That it was a safer situation than I initially thought.

The breakfast did lack a little bit of variety. I would have liked to see a waffle maker, my Husband felt the same way. The bathroom, that was quite a bit small for one person, but I need someone to help me, it all worked out in the long run.

everything from early check in with no problems to the location was wonderful. I needed an ice bucket and the clerk brought one to my room with a bag already in the bucket and that was the only issue that I had. Not being from the area, I did not know what to expect with the low cost, in terms of what the location was like, however the motel and it's landscaping, clenliness and comfort were far above what I expected. I will not hesitate to stay again if in the area!

The hassle & total bazaar time I had checking out of this hotel, because they do not accept CASH!! What hotel does not accept their country's currency??? This caused me such a stressful time & over 2 hours delay in checking out. I am very unhappy!! And because of this, I will not give this hotel a favourable review on every site I belong to. UNBELIEVABLE!
