Very pleasant stay. Room and hotel was neat and tidy. Plus the hotel has a little "store" where you can buy little snacks or something. The rooms have a nice kitchen which comes in handy. Staff was friendly and helpful. No major issues.

The only issue I noticed on my last day, as I was packing to check out, was tiny little ants in the kitchen area. Not a big deal at all - it is Florida after all; I'm sure an exterminator can handle.

The beds was comfortable. Shower nice.

When I entered room I checked beds under it was 4-5 empty liquor bottles hair all o we bathroom shower all on door

Marcus at the front desk is fantastic! He is so attentive and really cares about your experience at their hotel. Several times he brought us towels to our room when housekeeping skipped us. He’s so friendly and made our stay enjoyable! The hotel itself is modern and has nice amenities. The gym has a couple treadmills, ellipticals and weights. The pool is equipped with a handicap lift. The room was perfect for our stay. My husband was working from his laptop and the desk area was comfortable for the week. They have an awesome closet system that you can fit so much and keep it out of the way in the room. It feels like a studio apartment. The kitchen has a full fridge and small cooktop. It’s equipped with some essentials like dishes and a few pots and pans. They allow you to borrow things from the front desk like blenders and slow cookers. They also have games. The lobby area is large and has several types of sitting areas. We visited with friends in the lobby and there was room for us to sit on the couch and chairs and hang out. We would definitely stay here again.

Location was great and so was breakfast

The property was clean and tidy. Access to the 4th floor is controlled by key card. The front desk staff were extremely helpful and there are some emergency food supplies and a small but well equipped gym. The room was very well equipped as the bed very comfortable. Breakfast is good and there is hot coffee available. Through the day.

Nothing

The room was nice and we enjoyed the king size bed, which was pretty comfortable. I like that it basically had a full kitchen as well, and the shower was nice because it had full bottles of shampoo and other toiletries.

The TV was placed at a weird angle and you had to move it around to see it properly. I guess it couldn't be mounted on the wall in front of the bed for some reason, but this made the viewing angles a little annoying. I also thought parking was confusing -- we couldn't find the hotel at first and weren't sure where to park. As we were walking toward the elevator, another couple stopped us to ask if we knew where the hotel was. More signs would be helpful.

Breakfast was not good. We did not participate in breakfast after trying it the first day.
