Was very clean and the room was nice and spacious. Breakfast was different than just traditional waffles and they had French toast sticks which were yummy. Was in a nice area around lots of things and was a comfortable room. Bed was comfy and sheets smelled clean. I like that the tv could be angled to face the bed or the sectional which was also comfy.

Says they allow pets but then i get there and say they only take dogs and not cats. We were still able to stay but would get stared down by who I am assuming is the manager every time we passed by and made us feel a bit unwelcome just because we have cats and not dogs. One elevator stopped working during our stay. The fitted sheet and a couple pillow cases were very pilled.

Cannot say enough about the staff's friendliness and professionalism. Jessica and AJ were both helpful and true to their word. Although breakfast was busy, it was a nice selection of food with ample variety.

Property was older and bathroom doors appeared dirty and the hinges were rusted. Alot of dirt in corners of bathroom. Just some cosmetic details would have upgraded everything.

My family loved the rooms and the cleanliness of the hotel. We had adjoining rooms, which allowed the family to enjoy time together without leaving the rooms. The design of the rooms gave the younger ones space for themselves and the older the same. Definitely will book again!

We did not enjoy the breakfast selection. The hot foods only seemed to be warmed up, .not fully cooked

I enjoyed my stay. Peace and quiet, the location and the staff. Friendly, helpful and inviting.

With all of its positive aspects, there was two problems. First, the water temperature in the shower, which was set at a tad bit above warm. I am a lobster, must be hot. Secondly, no microwave in the room, but it’s okay because of the availability of nearby restaurants.

The room was clean, comfortable and spacious. Hotel staff members were friendly, helpful, and welcoming, and were always very responsive to any request. The general area seems safe, and is convenient to restaurants and shopping. We had the need for an ambulance for one member of our party during the first night we were there, and the night desk attendant went out of his way to secure one for us in just minutes. We will certainly stay there again in the future!

The hot breakfast was adequate, but could be improved. The selection of hot items only included eggs, sausage links, oatmeal, and french toast sticks, and the eggs were overcooked both mornings we were there.

The location was perfect. Very safe, clean, and convenient location close to everything. The hotel was very quiet during sleep hours, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious!! Staff did a great job of keeping the breakfast buffet well stocked and cleaned. My family and I loved our stay with the Hyatt!

There really was not anything negative that I can point out other than the staff not being able to provide the winning lotto numbers to us. :-) Everything was just perfect!!

Staff was friendly and accomodating. The hotel and rooms were clean. Loved the location, area was quiet. Enjoyed the pond and walking path behind the property.

It was great having breakfast provided, however, the hot breakfast choices maybe could be changed up a bit.

The Elevator is a little scary - floors don't lite up and it's just an older elevator. During the evening there was a horrible alarm that literally jolted me out of bed. I opened the door to see what was going on. Everyone down the hall was opening their doors wondering what was happening. I called the front desk and they said someone was smoking in the room and the alarm went off and everything was ok. Understandable and if a fire was happening that sure would have gotten me out of bed!

Location is great, we especially like the pond and walking paths behind the hotel. The staff is phenomenal as always. They are always willing to go above and beyond whenever they can.

Price was too high this time around. Breakfast wasn't as good this time around as it has been in the past. We have several minor things in room that were not working correctly. Sliding door on closet was off tracks, thumb latch on door kept falling off, one outlet wasn't working. We didn't report any of these as they were minor and we didn't want to deal with staff entering room when we weren't there.
