The owner and staff of this property are all amazingly friendly warm professional and supportive. This includes the cleaning staff too who do such an amazing job to satisfy their customers. It does not feel like a hotel, it feels somewhat like a second home, given the fact I was travelling from another country. Mike Patel (General Manager) and Brumi Patel are phenomenal honestly. You can tell they genuinely love providing great hospitality and ensuring that their customers receive quality service during short & long haul. Summary of my hotel stay: I initially arrived to this hotel last year and their service was beyond expectations upon arrival and during stay. This time, they reminded me again and provided a VIP service which was sweet of them. Room: I was given the pleasure to stay in a King Suite and honestly it’s lovely and spacious. I absolutely love it. The king suite has a long sofa, single sofa, office desk and chair, lovely Phillips TV with HDMI input which is the BEST feature. Shows how the manager’s knowledge around smart TVs because let’s be honest, no one watches regular channels. The shower is clean and provides great consistent hot and cold water. Bed is spacious and comfy. They have good enough working outlet plugs which is good. The room has a small fridge and microwave. If you are staying long haul understand that the fridge will not hold a lot of food. I recommend you get finger food snacks and one big carton of juice will fit in there. Overall lovely spacious clean and comfortable room. Cleanliness: Room is clean and the cleaning staff like Claudia and the others are just so friendly and warm. Very hardworking too. You receive good room cleaning service. Sheets and towels always clean. The hotel in general is clean which is the most important service you need in a hotel. Breakfast: Hotel provides a variety of breakfast choices. Continental and hot breakfast. Sausages / strip bacon / Cheese Eggs or scrambled / potatoes.

When we checked in the girl at the front desk was very personable and nice. Our room was great with comfortable beds and clean surfaces. :)

We were unable to access the Internet with the information provided on our key card packet. This was not a huge issue and we understood that we could always just walk to or contact the front desk regarding the issue, but as it was not a huge issue we didn't feel the urge to do so.

The cleanliness was on point. Very quiet and peaceful. I stayed 8 nights and enjoyed every moment. The staff was pleasant and always available to help if anything was needed. And the location was spot on, in the midst of different restaurants. Also the breakfast was good.

I have no comment on what i didnt like cause i liked everything about this establishment. I will be staying there again.

The staff was extremely nice. I will always stay here when I'm in the area. We were treated like family. The breakfast was delicious every day. The whole property was very clean and well maintained. The beds and pillows were very comfortable.

It was clean and location was convenient

They cleaned my room but didn't take out the tray plates I ate with. Came back and the tray and plates was still on the table. I knew they came in to clean because they made the bed and gave clean towels.

The fitness room is pretty much unusable as everything is either broken or doesn’t work. They should fix that. There are some safety issues as well. Also being close to Duluth Highway the room was noisy especially at night.

I like the location, it was close to the business I was working at. Near lots of restaurants, shopping center and movie theater. It is easy access to I-85.

The first room I was given there was a hole in window panel like someone had shoot a bullet through it. I took a picture of it showed the front desk and was moved to another room right away but that room I could hear the street traffic.

The room was very clean. The bathrooms were immaculate, and the price was reasonable and well worth it.

In the morning the waffle maker wasn't turned when we got there but we turned it on ourselves so it's not a big deal
