The room was spacious and comfortable with a full kitchen. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good with hot entree items, boxed cereal,fruit, etc. The bed was comfortable though the pillows were smaller than standard size and were lumpy. The location was near a shopping area and was convenient to our activities. The area was quiet.

We didn’t use the dishwasher but there were some dirty items in it when we arrived and it seemed loose—it wasn’t attached securely to the countertop.. There could have been more dishes and silverware stocked in the kitchen. We had three people in our room and had to go to the desk to get enough towels and washcloths as well as creamer for the in-room coffee maker. Just minor inconveniences.

This is one of the nicest properties I've stayed in! Beautifully appointed, the lobby was so pretty & is decorated for Fall. Our room was spacious & clean, a good size, so comfortable. Dove products for the bathroom amenities was very nice! Breakfast was very good, with real scrambled eggs, potatoes, sausage links, waffles, etc. Lots of folks having breakfast this morning. The pool & hot tub are open 24 hours, which is extremely unusual, but VERY much appreciated! I took advantage of them at 2:30 in the morning, because I wasn't able to sleep, due to altitude sickness. I can't tell you how much that helped me, I slept like a baby after that! So nice to be able to relax on my own time! The front desk clerk, Sofia, was very sweet & helpful. A positive experience all the way around & I definitely recommend this property!

Front desk staff were helpful. Adrianna was awesome! And especially helpful and kind. Very professional and more than willing to help! Bed was comfortable Housekeeping staff were great too! Very pleasant and willing to help! Their good morning greetings were much appreciated! My second room was better than my first room. It was definitely more inviting!

More variety for breakfast would be nice. The same food every morning gets old pretty fast. Hot tub was over chlorinated . Pool was a little too cool. More variety in the little store would be good. Better selection of snacks and drinks is very much needed My first room was a little sketchy, the chair looked very worn out and in need of a good cleaning. The curtains / drapes were very worn with lots of little holes. Was not very welcoming!

The location is everything, right in the center of all shopping and restaurants. We went here for the pool, as we are local and the pool is open 24/7. Biggest complaint is the water was so cold, we couldn't enjoy it. The hot pool was clean and water warm but jets were broke. The bed was comfy, the room was a plus nice as well.

There was a noise ALL night long. It sounded like a helicopter. I opened the window since the facility is by the hospitals but nope that wasn't it. Not sure what it was but it was so bothersome. We didn't get a good night sleep. Not sure if we'll be back.

My room was very comfortable and the breakfast offering was very good. I had difficulty finding the hotel despite GPS, but actually it's in a very convenient location. Close amenities in a short driving range. The pool looked great with expanded hours.

Too many notifications that the elevator wasn't working. Not all hotels offer an elevator, so I felt this was a lower priority notification. I understand for others that this could have been a deal-breaker though.

The front desk staff, Laura & Hallie, were awesome! I booked a Deluxe King room thru booking.com & requested a room on an upper floor. When my husband & I checked in the hotel was quite full & Laura worked her magic to make sure we got a room on an upper floor. She upgrading us to a King Bed, Deluxe Executive Room with a fireplace & sitting area at no additional cost. The room was comfortable, cozy, & everything worked. The housekeeping staff did an exceptional job. Our room was very clean, even the mini fridge, microwave, & coffee pot. Breakfast was very good & we had several items to select from.

The only issue had to do with a faulty 3rd floor elevator button that sticks & doesn't light up unless you hold it down really hard. We witnessed several guests taking the stairs from the 3rd floor to the lobby because they couldn't get the button to work. My husband showed several other guests how to get the button to work, including a lady with a small child & luggage cart. He reported the issue to Hallie at the front desk & suggested she tape a note next to the faulty elevator button. Hallie immediately typed up a note with brief instructions on how to activate the button & taped it above the faulty button. She also said the hotel was aware of the issue & it had been reported to hotel management/ownership several months ago & no action has been taken to fix the issue.

As you walk in, you can clearly tell the property is well maintained & clean. It smells fresh & is bright & welcoming. The coffee & tea bar is impeccable. The pool & hot tub (including bathrooms) are also clean & well maintained. We stayed in a king executive suite. It was the cleanest hotel room I've ever stayed in. The bed was amazing. I have no notes!! This place was 10/10!!

I can't tell you how the breakfast was cause I didn't try it. The room was in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was ok. The staff was very excellent. All of them was very helpful with everything. One of the staff was very helpful cause she came to my room and helped me with something it was awesome. She went above and beyond.

The shower was ok and the water in the tub would not drain cause the tub was sinking in the middle.

Sofia who helped me was amazing, she really handles herself well. A lady was yelling at her and blaming her for her card declining and Sofia stayed composed and calm to still help her. While Sofia was helping a line of people, other customers needed help such as towels and other things and she stayed calm and still took care of them. honestly you should have at least one more person during peaks times to help her. F-ing needy people bombarding her with questions and needs.

What I liked: The hotel has a great location with easy access to main roads and interstates, making it a convenient stop. Breakfast was really good and set us up well for the day. Top Tip: We visited the nearby Firehouse Grill and were very impressed - excellent service, fantastic food, and a relaxed atmosphere with sports showing on multiple screens. A great spot to unwind and refuel.
