The bed was very comfortable. The room was dark and quiet and good for sleeping (I was on the top floor. Everything was new and clean. I would stay here again. We loved the snack you could purchase in lobby as well as the hot water dispenser for herbal tea.

The disposal in the sink was having issues. The morning we left it got bad enough the front desk made a work order. I am wondering if there is enough parking during peak season? We here in the middle of winter and it didn't seem like there were many spaces.

I've stayed here numerous times while traveling for work, and continued to stay here after retiring when on leisure trips. They've remodeled the facility, it's in good shape and comfortable. To me it's a good value, now that the expense is coming out of my pocket rather than an expense account!

Really have nothing negative to say. It's not home, it's a hotel, but staying there when traveling works just fine for us, including our dogs over the years.

We were very impressed with this hotel. We had a very nice room (with a balcony - I'd highly recommend getting room with balcony), and the kitchen had everything you would need. There was a large, well appointed gym and an impressive laundry area with free (!) washers and dryers. The hotel was short walk to the charming downtown with variety of shops and restaurants.

No negatives.

It was clean, quiet and very comfortable. The dishes and pots on the kitchen were a good amount. We enjoyed the hot water machine in the lobby for tea and coffee. It was also handy to be able to buy snacks there.

The kitchen sink disposal was clogged on the last day.

Separate living, bedroom, kitchen and bathroom areas.

Ice maker is loud and woke us up. No oven, however there was an option to use a griddle or crockpot.

Best hotel I’ve stayed in for a long time!! Clean and comfy and rooms were huge. No free breakfast but not even sad about that. There’s a great little snack bar with protein bars and drinks and coffee.

Literally no complaints!

It was clean and the staff was amazing always happy to help definitely will go back to this place

There was construction going on outside but it didn't have anything to do with the hotel itself but the parking lot could have been a little bit bigger sometimes there was nowhere to park

What a room. So big but we found out people stay here for months. Full fridge in room along with 2 burner cook top and a dishwasher too. We only stayed 1 night but we we will be back. Also right on the river walk.

Good setup in room with all things needed in kitchen and quiet.

You could upgrade toilet stools to higher ones, for us old folks.

They upgraded our room without us asking to do so. It was a beautiful suite with a very nice full kitchen. The room was lovely with a view of the river. This was our favorite room on our week long trip. Wish all the other places were like this one!
