It was clean and the staff was amazing always happy to help definitely will go back to this place

There was construction going on outside but it didn't have anything to do with the hotel itself but the parking lot could have been a little bit bigger sometimes there was nowhere to park

The staff was warm and welcoming. Our room was what we had expected. The cleaning staff went above and beyond. We left a pillow and a charger in the room. They ran them out to us before we could leave.

They upgraded our room without us asking to do so. It was a beautiful suite with a very nice full kitchen. The room was lovely with a view of the river. This was our favorite room on our week long trip. Wish all the other places were like this one!

Fantastic location, great for watching Independence Day firework show. I was very pleasantly surprised that they were even providing folding chairs to guests to watch the show from the lawn. Free washer and dryers? What other hotels do that? Convenient self serve store for snacks and detergent. Beautifully set next to the river and minutes walking distance to several restaurants. The GM went out of her way over the July 4th weekend to make sure all guests were taken care of during a chaotic and unplanned plumbing issue that caused water to be shut off for extended periods. She was even sleeping in her office to make sure her staff wasn’t taking the brunt of angry guests. She truly handled a very stressful situation with incredible grace and Candalwood and IHG are darned lucky to have such an amazing employee who truly cares about the guests she serves. This was my first stay at a Candalwood and I will definitely go out of my way to find Candalwood hotels everywhere I need accommodations and will absolutely return to this one without hesitation.

The air conditioning does not cool the private bedroom well. It’s not central air and the wall unit is in the living space with just a vent into the bedroom. It’s simply not enough airflow to keep the bedroom cool in the hot weather. I would venture to guess that during the winter, the sleeping quarters may not get enough warm air from the heater. Lastly, please flip the living space so the sleeper sofa is not right next to the wall unit. The A/C needs to be on constantly at night to keep the bedroom cool enough, but it freezes out anyone sleeping on the couch.

We weren't told about the construction being done inside the hotel. Consequently there weren't any coffee, food, kitchen access or beverages available. Wish we would have known that 😕

We chose a room close to the outside door and parking so it made moving in much easier. We have stayed here before and keep choosing it because of the full kitchen. We bring our own food (saves on eating out) and there is plenty of room for storage - both fridge and cupboards. We had the bedroom suite; if you choose a room with two queens, the kitchen area is quite smaller. Overall, we'll stay here again, just not in room 100 (per my comments of "What didn't you like".

When we chose our room, we didn't know that it was right next to the sprinkler room; we had VERY high pressure in the shower. If I would have put my face in the shower stream, I would have been bruised - this is no exaggeration. I'm not sure if it was supposed to be a hydromassage shower, but it did feel good on my back. Also, there was a fan in the wall between the main living area and the bedroom that was quite loud (no A/C unit in the bedroom, just the main living area). It would come on intermittently throughout the night and was loud enough that it kept waking us up even after four nights. It made listening to the TV impossible.

Very comfortable beds and sheets. Roomy. Rooms had kitchenette and full size refrigerator, so a complimentary breakfast was not provided. Very good location, next to Snake River. Lovely walking trail along the river you can enjoy and hotel is in walking distance of restaurants. We stayed here on our way to Yellowstone and on our way out. Very nice and helpful staff.

Noisy neighbors at 12:30 am, but night staff is available to take care of it for you. Train woke me up, but I am a light sleeper. I didn't hear a train the first night we were there.

One bedroom was great with lots of space. Love the convenient little shop where you can buy snacks, etc. Laundry machines were free so you didn't have to fuss with quarters.

Location was farther from downtown but still walkable. Studio apartment had bed located so you could not get in on both sides & one person had to crawl over. Balcony with view of river is not really worth it because there is no chair to sit out there plus there is so much noise from the road that it is not pleasant.

I loved the location for Fourth of July fireworks. The entire facility was immaculately cleaned. There was always staff available for our needs and they were very friendly. Beds were comfortable. They had DVD movies available to watch. There was a kitchen area. We just loved this place.
