Fast elevators. Good sized pool. Snacks are available in the lobby.

There was no communication on how breakfast worked. We got 2 vouchers when we checked in but nothing was said about getting more vouchers for the remaining days. We then thought maybe you only provided breakfast for one day. Would have been nice to have more information on how things worked. Also the mini fridge wasn't cold and there was no adjustment.

Super clean and friendly staff. Convenient location. The restaurant is great and under-appreciated (no crowds). Hopefully it will catch on in the Idaho Falls community.

Staff is not at the front desk when you enter the property and it takes a few minutes for them to appear.

Staff made us feel welcome they were very helpful The restaurant food menu was simple and the food good. The bed was especially comfortable.

There was really nothing to dislike. The facility was comfortable, quiet and we had a great sleep.

The beds were super soft and comfortable, the pool was very clean and nice. I also enjoyed the bathrooms. Some of the cleanest bathrooms we have ever stayed in.

Personally I feel breakfast should be included with stay. For the amount of money we did pay to stay in the room, I felt it could have at least been complimentary like most hotels rather than having your customers pay $10 per person. For people who are on a budget sometimes they would see your price and go elsewhere for food.

beautiful, newer, clean property with well thought out appointments. Loved all the outlets and USB charging options in the room. Roomy and comfortable.

Google maps did not pick up the address for this hotel. Ended up finding the other Holiday Inn and using the on-site restaurant (Burger Theory) as reference for navigating. also, the room could use more lighting. lots of dark corners, etc.

Everything was very clean and the beds were very comfy

I didn't like the restaurant connected to the hotel. I would just prefer the breakfast bar that most hotels usually have

Lovely hotel with on site restaurant outside the city. Friendly helpful staff. Comfy beds, large rooms. Quiet.

New faucet in bathroom sink did not have hot water. It’s the kind at airports where you wave your hand below it and a small amount of water comes out. Didn’t like that. The pool was consistently crowded with families and lots of playing noisy kids. That’s fine but I Would appreciate one hour in AM and evening for adult use only. Didn’t use pool because of this. Also there were no luggage caddies in room to put suitcases on and desk said there were none in the hotel. Could have used a few overhead lights as well. Food in restaurant/bar was good but crowded and noisy (Saturday night) so we had it delivered to our room. Overall this is an excellent hotel and I’m listing the above for hotel so they can make it even better. Would definitely stay there again. The staff were all A+.

Hotel was clean, comfortable, and right off the highway. Facilities were nice, including the fitness center and an outdoor seating area. Satellite was not operating on the TV, but could connect to streaming services via phone or computer.

Location is not near any other restaurant or food establishments, and hotel dining was both limited and pricey. If traveling for leisure or driving through town, there are equally priced and rated hotels nearby that offer free breakfast.

I thought that the rooms were very spacious! I wasn't expecting that, but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and helpful. Definitely would stay again.

Very nice and clean. Pool area great. Work out facility nice...many options to include weights. We were put into an ADA accessible room, which was huge! It was very clean, very comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.
