The wood cabins were really nice. Spacious, clean, large beds, table with seats and a small patio bench. The best part was the heater, which is nice to have during cold September nights in the low 40s to upper 30s.

The cabin we had didn't have a toilet inside, or outside. The single shared (but clean) toilet was located a bit far away (~200 feet) next to the main building across an open space/lawn that is also used as RV park when site is busy.

It was a nice little bedroom with private bathroom in it, perfect for what I looked for. On top of that, there was a little fridge with microwave and opportunity to make coffee. The place is beautifully located at the lake with lots of different activities. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this place! 😃

It was very quiet and peaceful. It was right by the lake and very relaxing after a long day touring Yellowstone.

The room I had was pretty small. The desk and chair were right next to the bed and hard to use. Parking in front of the room was under trees and on gravel. It was ok but made rolling the suitcases a bit difficult until got to the concrete.

Being so close to the lake was awesome

We rented a paddle board for 55$ for 4 hours then it sunk, the paddle boat was full of water and had a leak….So they offered a canoe but is was full of spiders ..we got our money back. The mattresses were really old, the bath tub on the main floor was not clean, I requested they clean them and they did but it was not any cleaner. The tv cable has 3 really bad stations so grainy it was unwatchable. Basically it was old and out dated but had lots of beds. You have to bring all you own dishes and pans .. they have towels but they are very worn. Basically it was very rustic. I felt it was overpriced for what we got. But there was beautiful lake out there. Oh they have a small super overpriced store / office.

Rustic resort in a gorgeous, pastoral setting on a beautiful, breezy, fish-full lake close to West Yellowstone. We all agreed it was the best in the area as far as natural beauty, lake access & things to do!

They are still updating some slightly neglected amenities (arcade, hot tub?, pop machines, basketball hoop, etc.- & no AC or ice machines- but they were happy to provide a window fan), which is all understandable with last year's shutdown & income loss - those amenities made a bit of a difference to my kids who were really looking forward to them, but other things made up for it! Also a forest of RVs & tents is in their front parking area, but that's not visible from the units👍

This was perfect for me and my spouse! We booked a mini cabin and while it was small it was exactly what we expected and needed. The location was absolutely beautiful! We were out this way to hike and enjoy wildlife and the cabin was great for a minimalist and had so much extra comfort. The wifi works great, charging outlets everywhere, a TV, and the heat is great as well.

The only thing we wish was better was the bed. We fell asleep fine but staying asleep was difficult.

Great atmosphere. Half size fridge, not the normal cube fridge you find in most places-that was a plus. Beautiful area and close to Yellowstone were a definite plus. Made a great "home away from home" base.

There was a leak in the ceiling of our room, and as there were previous patches and a port in the ceiling it was obviously not the first time. When we called the office someone responded promptly, but if this is an ongoing issue it should be addressed. They did offer to move us to another room but as we were told they were addressing it the next day, we did not move.

The resort is located between a beautiful lake and mountain. If you love nature, you will not regret it. I stayed in two different types of room. One without kitchen and one with kitchen. Both rooms were fantastic. It made me feel like I was on vacation.

Because the building is not new, you can hear the noise from other guests very clearly. If you are picky to sleep, this place might be difficult to sleep. However, the room was so great and you will not regret staying it. :)

Compared to the prices of lodging at other nearby places, Jared's Lodge had a great price. It was about 13 mile drive from the West entrance of Yellowstone which was decent.

The room was very small. Very limited channel choices on the TV. I felt like ice should have been complimentary. I would recommend that they invest in an icemaking machine.

Great coffee maker and refrigerator. The 2 bedroom suite our kids and grandkids used was spacious with a full kitchen. Nice living area. Love the access to the lake with benches for enjoying the view.

The log bed was attractive but the mattress was uncomfortable and I couldn't maneuver a pillow for sitting up. Our room was small and cramped.
