location was excellent. cute little cabin. comfortable bed

office attendant wasn’t friendly. tried to tell me that I hadn’t paid when I had through Booking. one of the staff entered our cabin while we were out exploring Yellowstone. we were not informed before hand that they would be changing out towels.

Husband and wife who run the motel are so kind and take pride. Very clean and comfortable stay. My spouse let them know that it was my birthday the next day. We came back from a long day exploring Yellowstone to find a Happy Birthday banner on the door. Such a simple and kind gesture that was so appreciated to give that personalized touch.

A few things outdated like carpet but the decorations are cute and love the log cabin feel.

The location of this hotel is very convenient to all the restaurants and shopping, and a few minutes drive to West Yellowstone entrance.

The water keep going from hot to cold in the shower and very dark inside the room need more brighter lights.

This is a little Gem. We were not too sure what to expect, but it certainly far exceeded our expectations. the room was self contained with cooking facilities incld. a microwave, a good size fridge and all plates and cutlery. We were not able to book into our timeshare so this was an excellent substitute. It is a family run business who go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable, It was also very convenient to the National Park. We certainly enjoyed our stay here.

There was nothing not to like.

The internet could have been better. Very spotty. Everything else was grand.

Chantil and Tyron were excellent hosts and very helpful and very responsive to our messages regarding late arrival. The location is perfect for visiting Yellowstone NP. Close to supermarket, gas station, and restaurants. The kitchenette was adequate for cooking and grilling with the provision of a large refrigerator and cooking utensils.

Great family run establishment. They moved me to a room with a kitchen for no extra cost and were very flexible about an earlier check in. The location is excellent - very close to Yellowstone Park. I actually heard wolves howling one morning while leaving the room. The rooms are private and charming. Much more character than the chain motels. Nice kitchen and all of the appliances work well. I'll definitely be staying here again.

Very clean, climate control was excellent. Location was close to attractions and restaurants.

Water cycled from extremely hot to ice cold in a fraction of a second when showering. (Likely other rooms flushing the toilet.) Proper plumbing would not make this happen.

This place is SO cute. It's a cabin like experience right out of the 50's. Modern and historic at the same time. It is probably the cleanest place I've ever stayed. The kitchen was perfect for a short stay for 2 people and the bathroom was large. We had the smallest unit and it was quite roomy. Bed really comfortable. About 4 blocks from downtown and 5 mins from Yellowstone.

This was an extremely clean and well kept property. The room itself was cleaner than most hotels. Hats off to the hard working staff.

Internet service definitely not great. Even with the WiFi. It is my understanding that they are working to improve this .
