The staff at breakfast were lovely - helping us figure out what was gluten free. The room was clean and fresh. The proximity to the park was perfect. Although I really hate dark colored bed covers (it's too easy to hide whether or not they are clean), these seemed to be freshly washed.

Though the staff was lovely, the quality of the breakfast food was poor - even though we came just after 6am, it looked like it had sat there most of a day - so the next breakfast was our own food in our room.

The location was great. We were able to walk to shop and ice cream etc. We arrived early expecting to leave my husband in the lobby to rest, but the warm welcoming desk staff found us two rooms that were ready and allowed us to check in early. The AC in my room didn’t seem to be working. I called the front desk. Within 5 min the head of house keeping arrived. The plug had been bumped loose and by reinserting it the unit was immediately fixed. The head of maintenance also stopped by to double check. All was good and we had a very comfortable night. My grandkids enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was also delicious.

This place is one of our favorite hotels when we stay in west Yellowstone. The staff was super nice and accommodating. We ended up having an extra guest with us (5) people and we had originally booked a 2 queen room. They were super nice and upgraded to the business one with extra space since they didn’t have a room with a couch. Housekeeping super nice. Facility was super clean. Could have done a better job with the ice on the sidewalks around the building.

Convenient location to park entrance, delicious breakfast, great pool for the kids, nice hot tub for parents. Also, I told the receptionist that I had kids, so put me where the nose wouldn't bother others and she accommodated by putting us at the end of the hallway.

There was a scent that kind of reminded me of burnt rice throughout my room and floor. It was okay once I got used to it. Every time I left me room and came back, the odor hit me quite strongly and would last until I got used to it again.

The room was clean and comfortable with all of the amenities. The staff were very friendly, offering recommendations for dining options in the area upon check in. There is a complimentary breakfast in the restaurant attached to the motel. You can get a bagged breakfast to go or eat in at the buffet. The choices were different the two days that we were there which was nice that there was some variety. The location is very close to Yellowstone so that was convenient.

I have no complaints. It is a little pricey for a 2 star hotel, but it's the busy season and the location is right outside the entrance to Yellowstone so you are paying extra for the convenience of not having to drive a long way to get to the entrance of the park.

Staff were very helpful. They even offered to keep our ice packs overnight in their chest freezer since they wouldn't fit in the small freezer section of our room fridge. Good location and yummy breakfast.

Expensive for a Days Inn but I think it was related to high season in Yellowstone.

Good advice about the road closures at Yellowstone, free breakfast was a nice touch, considering the restaurants were very expensive.

Nothing, the place may be old, but it was good. pricey hotel, but still cheaper than most hotels in the area.

Most days the breakfast was a regular buffet breakfast but a couple days it was bagels, toast and such. When it was the buffet it was 90% of the time hot, but very tasty.

That you had to ask for clean towels and amenities.

I wish there was a little more variety with the breakfast. Maybe even pastries. I loved the location. Easy to walk everywhere in town. Room service was timely.

I did not like that the ice machine wasn't working on the 3rd floor.
