The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was courteous. The location was great; we could walk almost anywhere downtown or be there within a few minutes by Uber. Definitely better than some of the other pricier hotels in the area.

The elevators were very slow, and even though I am a Hyatt Place member, breakfast was not included. I was a bit surprised since this has never been the case when I stayed at other locations. Otherwise, it was a pleasant stay for me and my family.

Excellent location in the Loop, close to Business district. Free breakfast. I've stayed at this hotel 4 or 5 times over past 2 years.

Shower in the room did not have doors. Water spilling all over the bathroom floor.

Someone came into my room at 7am while I sleep on the last day, and it was not housekeeping. Felt very uncomfortable. Apparently, no one knows who it was.

Excellent location. It’s hard to find a hotel that will fit a family of 4 as USA hotels do not do twins. So the sofa bed was a good option. Clean rooms which are a good size nice and quiet.

Breakfast was just to busy. At ,east 20 mins in a line for one of the days and not enough seating. They do give you peak times so definitely eat at non peak.

The room was spacious and it offered a great city view. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were of acceptable thickness/firmness. Generally, the stay was quite pleasant and the location is superb as you can walk within 10 to 20 minutes to most of the major landmarks and sites.

The room was not cleaned the day before departure. I understand the environmental reasons but this should have been pointed out during our check-in and we should be given the option to opt out. The breakfast is free but not really up to par for this hotel's quality. We had it on the first day but decided it was not worth the hassle on the second day.

The bed was very comfortable, definitely one of the better ones. The room was very clean and the bathroom is spacious. The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good.

I really did like the breakfast offering, I would've liked to see more options like egg whites and turkey bacon. The thing was the wi-fi, while I understand that you had an option for a paid service, which would've been fast, but for someone who's in town for business, it didn't make sense for us to purchase the hi-speed as we weren't going to spend much time in the hotel, but the free one was SO SLOW which made video calls choppy.

Great location. Very clean. Pleasantly surprised that the breakfast was way better than any continental breakfast I’ve had before. Lots of variety and changed each day slightly.

They closed the pool for part of our stay. They had to do regular maintenance, so we understood, but we specifically chose a place with a pool so our children could swim. Just disappointing, but certainly didn’t ruin our stay. Pool is fairly small, but it is a very nice pool. We had a view of a brick wall. Not the end of the world but they did ask preference at check in and still gave us that 🤷‍♀️

Breakfast was great, if you got there early. Otherwise, it was very crowded and the selection wasn't as good, and you were very lucky to find a place to sit to eat. The room was quiet and comfortable.

Didn't care at all for the location. Nearly impossible to find via GPS, as you had to go down an alley to be able to park and load/unload your vehicle, and then try to find a nearby place to park and walk back to the hotel. Elevators were down for a while while we were there and we had to use the stairway, which we didn't care for. And the pool wasn't available, which was a HUGE disappointment.

Staff were very helpful in finding nearby restaurants and attractions. They were also willing to answer our multitude of questions which was great. Storing our bags before our room was ready and after checkout was very helpful. Thanks.

Although we booked the room for 3 people the sofa bed was not made up in advance. We also had to ask for extra blankets. The person from housekeeping who did come up was friendly and helpful, making sure that we had everything we needed.
