The hotel location provides easy walking access to many performance venues, museums, train and el stations, and other interesting or vital downtown places. The room was laid out well, spacious enough, and clean. The refrigerator, tho small, was nice to have. Plenty of coffee offered in the room, as well as in the nice "office lounge" on the third floor.

The room was VERY COLD when I arrived. For some reason the thermostat was set at a very chilly 63°! The bathroom faucet handle made a very grating, squeaking noise no matter which way it was moved when turning on or off the faucet flow. It reverberated so loud that I figured it must be annoying to guests in the next room, and perhaps anyone staying in a room above, as well.

The reception staff were very friendly, and nothing was too much trouble. Being from northern Europe, we aren't used to air-conditioning and a technician came to our room with a ladder and turned the air-con off for us. 😊 The cleaners brought us fresh coffee and water whenever we asked. The double beds were extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Thank you, we'll be back next year!

Location. Friendly staff. Bandol. Loved the bathroom. Would stay again despite the things I didn’t like.

The fridge in my room did not work and had a weird smell like potential mold. I didn’t know the fridge was inoperable until I came back to the room with leftovers 🙃 The bed was not as comfy as I would’ve liked. Quite firm, so my back didn’t feel the best. Not terrible, but not what I’m looking for when I go on vacation. I want a fluffy bed you sink into. The price was not the best for my 2 night stay. I unknowingly booked by trip during Lalapalooza weekend, which I’m sure contributed to the price.

I looked at my credit card statement and was charged an addition $292.53 from the restaurant, which I never eat at, and called the front office about it and was told that I dined-n-dashed by the front desk. She did not let me speak at all and before I got her name, she sent me to the restaurant, which did not answer, and I left a voice mail. I stayed on 8/12 and talked to the rep last night 9/1 at 8:06. An investigation should be made about this woman that I talked to at 8:06 pm on 9/1. I have a claim in with your hotel and my credit card about these charges. I am apalled that this woman is accusing us of this and of these charges.

The location was perfect. It was only a block or two from the Blue Line that picks you up from O'hare & right to Monroe. The El train is only a few blocks away which takes you everywhere you need to go in the city. Michigan Ave & Millennium Park is about 6 blocks away. Rocco the front desk associate was absolutely fantastic & very accommodating. The rooftop bar is relaxing & beautiful. The Bandol restaurant located right inside the hotel is marvelous. I will definitely be staying there on my next trip.

Conveniently located in the Loop area to visit many tourist attractions within walking distance.

There is not enough storage space for underwares, etc., especially for long-tern stay. Installation of draws is desired. The floor in the shower booth is potentially dangerous. The slope was too big, so the floor was slippery when wet.

Excellent location, in the heart of the Loop, very nearby to red and blue subway stations, as well as many bus lines. The room itself was spacious and clean, with everyday housekeeping service. Staff was nice, easy to check in and check out plus any other special request. Stable and strong WiFi.

The door sound isolation was not very strong (walls OK, just the door). When noise coming from the hall we could easily hear it, but there wasn't a lot of noise so can't complain.

Location was great - coming from the airport on the blue line to Monroe ( the nearest station to the hotel ) you can see the hotel when you exit the station. Monroe station has the red and blue metro lines close by. Great, safe location and walking distance to Millennium Park, Willis Tower and main shopping areas. Great location. Staff very friendly and provided my request of a room on a high floor. Great modern room. Fridge to store you’re own snacks/drinks, coffee machine, large comfortable bed. Great bathroom with excellent shower and all amenities. Was such a lovely room to return to after a day out exploring. would definitely stay here again.

The location is great! The atmosphere of the facility was amazing. The cleanliness of the hotel was great, as soon as you walk in your room you are welcomed with a fresh cucumber aroma.

The ONLY thing I did not “like” about the property was the King high floor option that was supposed to have a city view but did not. I booked two rooms, one standard king and one king room on the high floor. I prefer the standard room because it was honestly bigger, or felt bigger. There was much more room to place my belongings and walk around. The toilet was also separated from the shower, where the high floor king room was right next to the shower.

- we had to ask for a change of sheets four times before it was done (this was a 10-day stay) - the floor was not swept and the table and window sills were not wiped - the headboard was worn out and stained
