It was CLEAN! Our room was a pretty decent size. The water pressure was good. We had the pool to ourselves most of the day. My wife was outside late at night by herself at one point and a car pulled up, so she hurried inside. When she got inside, an employee was coming down the hall and asked if everything was okay. I said, "yes, I was just making sure my wife made it inside okay bc she was out there by herself" and the employee said "We have cameras, I was just watching her" so it was nice to know that they were actually keeping an eye on things. We will return if we are ever in the area again.

The beds were a little hard and I wish they had an umbrella by the pool area. There's not much within walking distance, but there is a gas station and McDonald's.

It is in a good location, quietly outside the city, but with local dining options. The facility is clean and well maintained, you can tell that they have updated the bathrooms.

There needs to be insulation between the second and third floors, as I could hear the people upstairs walking around quite loudly. Probably an updated carpet with better insulation would fix that.

Easy on and off I64. Good location before Louisville KY. Check-in was easy, and young man at desk was helpful. Very clean. Very quiet. Nice place to take dogs out back. Pet bags and trash can available. Shower was good. TV was good. They gave me a pet-friendly room near the back door. Coffee available on demand.

Nothing. It was a good hotel for me and my two dogs.

The facility was very clean, well kept, and the staff limited but very friendly and helpful. It was easy to find, great location and close to every amenity you could want. The front desk staff was helpful and well prepared with information that everyone will need. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

The only drawback to my stay, the bed. I will preface my comments with, I normally sleep on a Temperpedic mattress. The bed look great, the mattress was thin, on a single layer spring platform. For the hotel, if you had a few rooms with a better mattress, I would pay more for that room.

This hotel has 5 star service! First of all, Annalise at the front desk was so friendly and helpful, even while working on New Year's Eve. She let me know about the hotel's generous policies: first, guests can pay $20 to check in early. I checked in at 10 am, which gave me the entire day to work in a comfortable environment. Second, pets are allowed and the hotel doesn't charge an extra fee or exorbitant deposit. Lastly, when my plans changed and I needed to cancel the final night of my stay, Annalise refunded me that night, no problem. Such a welcome change from hotels with policies that favor themselves and not the guests! The room was clean and the bed was comfy. I would definitely stay here again.

The coffee ain't great.

We could not have found a better location or facility to meet our needs. This Red Roof has excited all expectations. Though they do not offer a continental breakfast, there two restaurants within walking distance ... even open on Thanksgiving. Highly recommended.

Rooms Were Clean, beds were comfortable, Pillows were Great, pool was clean, bathroom/changing room inside by pool entrance was Great, showing age a little in bathroom.

Pool operation hours were 9:00pm Closed. I know this was because it was outside a few rooms windows but it didn't get dark until close to 10:00pm. They are on Eastern time just a few miles east on Central time zone.

I loved the entrance to check in. colors and updated materials were great. had luggage cats right at door which I really appreciated. plenty of parking and visual of car from room. outdoor pool which was clean and not overly chemicaled up. Coffee bar and fresh water available 24 hours. laundry was in a wonderful area. Room was modern and best shower ever! microwave/Fridge/coffee/big TV with over 100 channels. rugs by bed but wood floors which was a homey feel-loved it. staff was over and above for customer service.

Breakfast would have been a nice option but didn’t bother me that it wasn’t an option.

I couldn’t believe how nice this place was, and you don’t pay extra to bring your furry family member with you! I never stay at Red Roof Inn because they are usually not in good condition. This one seemed to be remodeled and updated, and it was very clean. The location was wonderful, and out of the way of any traffic. It was a quiet, country location.

The location was perfect and the staff was inviting.

I wish the hotel had more than one washer and dryer. Also, you could only wash clothes from 8:30am-10:30pm, which was inconvenient being we were there for a basketball tournament for a week.
