We were traveling on motorcycles, and the front desk person allowed us to park in a covered and safe spot. He was VERY accommodating and friendly. The room was great. Beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was also very good.

The front desk person in the morning was not nearly as friendly as the gentleman the evening before. I turned in the room key and told her we were going to get breakfast. After breakfast I needed to use the restroom. The same lady I gave the keys to seemed burdened and bothered by having to open the restroom door. She could have told me I needed the key to get in the restroom when I turned them in.

The breakfast was great. The facility was very clean and organized. Staff very friendly. There was a bad storm that went thru and hotel lost power. The Mgr was awesome in how she handled it. They gathered workers and brought to lobby and kept guests informed. Great experience. The location is awesome also. So much to do within walking distance. The parking garage is right next to hotel. Very safe neighborhood to walk around. Alot of options for dinning and breweries. It's is also kid friendly. I would 💯 stay there again.

We did have issue with parking pass but they did fix. This is the only thing that we had a slight problem with and it was taken care of promptly.

The room had the best lighting in a hotel room I have ever been in. Most of the rooms we stay in have poor lighting, but this was wonderful, especially for women trying to put on makeup. I know this sounds silly, but especially as you get older, you appreciate the updated LED lighting, lol. I would have said it was an excellent stay but to no fault of the hotel there was a couple next to us who allowed their children to scream starting at 7 am in the morning and continue till they got ready and left for breakfast ugh!

This place was awesome overall! The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, all the attendants we spoke with were helpful, friendly, and accommodating, and the breakfast was great with so many options. It was also within walking distance to pretty much everything

There wasn’t anything we didn’t really like, except having to pay for parking in addition to the room, but that’s not too surprising for a downtown location really.

The rooms were nice! I loved that they provided decent shampoo/conditioner. It was actually the Brand I use at home(unlike a lot of hotels that give the cheap stuff.)

The room itself was super clean but I’m super weird about using bathrooms outside of my home and mine could have used a more thorough cleaning in the shower and on the bathroom floor. Also- the breakfast they offered wasn’t the best. TONS of options but none of it was anything to brag about.

Breakfast was great! Plenty of option and fresh fruit.

The evening check in clerk was not polite and courteous. She seemed to have a chip on her shoulder about something....She could use some help in showing courtesy and kindness to all customers! Also, she wouldn't speak up so I could hear what she was saying. Check in was not pleasant! A Co-Worker arrived later and said she had a bad experience with the same check in clerk.

The breakfast could have been way better .unfortunately that day I was there they ran out of milk ,eggs and butter .my kids would've enjoyed cereal .they corrected the egg issue towards the end so that was a bonus .but maybe add gravy to the menu and take out one meat instead of two of the same Meats could help. Maybe add a signature lousiville waffle maker that you can only get there .oh and one last thing .please do something about this .there was no high chairs for the babies !

It was very clean and they was friendly

I wrote a review earlier about false charges. They charged my card saying we bought beer from the hotel market and we do not drink. When I called to talk to them about the charges, the manager said he would refund me and I did receive the refund today. So they did very quickly right a wrong. Now with that said this should have never happened in the first place but they did fix it.

This property is nicely located close to many things you can enjoy while in downtown Louisville. The staff were extremely helpful and happy to help. The beds were comfortable, the shower was nice and warm and clean. The breakfast was delicious and well laid out. I couldn’t ask for a better place to lay our heads while in Louisville!

The only negative is the parking garage isn’t attached to the building, however I can’t even complain because it’s so close and very accessible.

Location, cleanliness & staff

I called to explain my late check-in… when I arrived the front desk started saying there were no rooms available. I waited patiently while the situation corrected itself. It all worked out fine but the demeanor of the front desk lady was not customer- oriented; especially considering that I did call ahead of time to be clear about my work schedule dictating a late arrival. I know other travelers would have made a big deal about this but it’s not necessary so long as the staff takes care of a respectful patron. Enough said all around
