The room was so big and the beds incredible. The complimentary breakfast was fantastic. They will make you a fresh omelette! They also do a reception in the evening with free drinks. Overall it was a great stay!

The bathtub didn't drain well and there was something very slippery in the bottom and we almost fell. They came and cleaned it, so that was fixed. You must carry your key card with you. My friend and I got stuck on the elevator, we forgot our key and the button to open the door wasn't working. We had to call our friend to come push the button to open the doors. That was a bit scary.

Gorgeous hotel, great breakfast, beautiful pool, good fitness room.

Pool poorly managed. At the busiest possible time, the hotel kicked all guests out of the pool at 7 pm on Saturday night. The pool was packed and they stated that there was not enough chlorine for number of kids. We were able to go back at 8:30, but it was late for the littlest guests. Families use pools to wind kids down before bed, to save the other neighboring guests, and it was absolutely not planned for appropriately.

the property was beautiful! the pool was nice. the complimentary happy hour was such a great value. especially if you like draft beer. I loved that the Cvs was right downstairs. The staff was so friendly. we forgot toothpaste and he just handed us a tube. valet was nice but be prepared it’s $40. The rooms are very spacious! we celebrated our Christmas together and we had plenty of room! Great Value and Great place to stay!

The breakfast was very good, omelets made to order. The room was nice size, although I was very disappointed in learning that Booking.com charged me over $200 more for the room. I booked online what I thought was a 500+ square ft room but when I got to the hotel, I was told all the rooms are the same. I paid little over $800 and the two families that went with me also booked through the hotel at a little over $600 FOR THE SAME ROOM!!! Either way, this hotel is awesome and close to everything. YOU CAN"T GO WRONG.

I didn't like that ALL THE ROOMS are the SAME SIZE and booking.com charges extra.

my spouse and I ordered room service for dinner. it was delicious! we also ate breakfast here and it was very good! the food was hot and the employees worked hard to keep the food out.

it was hard to find parking. there was alot of traffic infront so I couldn't just get out and go check in. but it was a weekend in downtown louisville so i understand.

Location was easily accessible.- just off the main highway. Breakfast was expansive with many choices including made to order omelettes. They were overbooked and didn’t have our room but offered us two rooms to accommodate us for same cost. Facilities were very clean with beautiful decor. CVS was accessible without going outside for essentials. Parking garage was next to the facility and only 15 dollars nightly.

Check-in took a while due to the room issue.

Breakfast was amazing!

The older security guard followed us around the hotel and then my husband is a smoker so while I was sleeping he went out to smoke around 4am and 3 security guys asked what room he was in even though the the main doors was locked and he had a key to enter which was in his hands as he had to have it to come back in. They continue to question him as to what room and whose name! Ridiculous! Fyi we are a black family and all security guards was white smh! Its 2022, we we're paying customer and was profiled! Im appalled!

Breakfast and happy hour was nice. The room was clean and updated. The location was perfect for taking the Bourbon Trail tours. It was walking distance to everything. It was right in downtown so only had to walk one block for music, food and comedy club.

I really can't think of anything I didn't like.

We loved this hotel and its location. After driving for 10 hours, it was nice to relax in a mini suite and have all the amenities at our disposal. We also enjoyed the breakfast in the morning as it provided with an omelet bar and waffle station. It's the little things that make traveling that much more enjoyable. We will definitely be back!

Breakfast and Happy hour daily was great!

I understand that there is no real parking unless you use the parking garage. The parking garage should be connected to the hotel. In the case of it raining Friday night so hard, we got soaked coming back in. So many kids wanted to utilize the pool and could not. We were told only 5 people allowed in the pool at once.
