The breakfast was ideal, with good selections of hot and cold breakfasts. The hotel was easy to get to, just off the highway, but slightly secluded for a nice quiet stay. Although we didn't use it, I did notice a park very close to the hotel so great for families with kids. The staff was very friendly and helpful with any questions we had about the hotel and the area.

This is no fault of the hotel, but... our room had an adjoining door to our neighbours room. We did keep that door locked and felt very secure, but I'm not sure that their door was closed because when they returned to their room we could hear everything they were saying, word for word. They were being extremely loud though, and thankfully it didn't last too long.

The person serving the hot breakfast was a real chef who has a second job at the races where he has served 8 former Presidents. Eggs, sausage or bacon, coffee, fruit juices, and more every morning. Our bed was fluffy and had enough pillows. Plenty of free parking. I forgot to take a picture of it, but a long bench to sit on for putting on shoes etc. in our room and over the bench were three double hooks for hats and coats. I have never seen this in a hotel before. Desk chair and a desk. Very large flat screen TV. with a good collection of stations to watch. Cleaning service everyday. They did not throw away the bar of soap that you were still using. They replaced the box of kleenex when it was empty. Plenty of towels and toilet paper. Good lighting: reading lamp over a nice chair, bedside lamps, hall light, desk lamp, large lighted mirror in the bathroom. Internet worked most of the time. Safe in the room. Ironing board and iron. Hair dryer. Ice machine on every floor. Getting across the bridge to downtown Louisville took at the most 20 minutes. Lots of restaurants on the New Albany side not far by car from the hotel. It was great staying in a location with small town vibe across the bridge from a larger one.

The pool was closed. I was told that the problem was fixed, but the health department had not come back to reopen it officially. We were at the hotel four nights, Fri-Mon. Internet was glitchy because the security on our devices said it was too open.

Great location for us

1st morning we ate breakfast was great.. The 2nd morning had to wait for 30 minutes for breakfast came to breakfast area around 8 am and nothing. I MEAN NOTHINTING TO EAT BUT TOAST.. Cook kept saying she was sorry but she was in a meeting.. First of all why would u have a meeting with the breakfast person when she is the only one there .. Just poor service..

We stayed for four days at this location. Location was great and easy access to toll free bridge into Louisville as well as highway in and out of St. Albany. The front desk person gave us directions and suggestions on places to eat. Greeted us every time we came and went. Breakfast was good and hot. Everything was clean and well maintained. Very quiet with safe parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The beds were SO COMFY. Breakfast was delicious, even though the pancake machine wasn't working. But that happens, and the staff tried to help! I had children with me and they placed us around other children, which I like because I'm always super nervous we will disrupt someone's stay that doesn't understand children. The location was amazing- we were staying to attend a softball tournament. It was less than 10 minutes away from the field.

The only complaint I have is the pool was a little green and the fridge didn't work.

My room was on 2nd floor but the “smoking bench and ashtray” was under my window area so everytime workers or others went out to smoke it made my room smell of cigarette smoke it was gross. I had to turn off my air everytime someone was out there (which was a lot) but the smell would still come thru.

Convenient and Clean The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was very clean with full-size bathing products and plenty of clean towels. The staff was knowledgeable, kind, and very helpful. There is freshly brewed coffee all night! The morning breakfast was incredible, so many options to choose from. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Kay is with the first-floor maiden service. She is friendly, thoughtful, and thorough. It shows she cares and enjoys her position. An honest true asset!! Thank you Kay for making my stay relaxing.

Staff were very supportive and all of them were nice ! Breakfast is really good and the location.

They give a room with a door between 2 rooms and the noise is just terrible 😞 there were a family with toddlers making noise early in the morning 🤷🏽‍♂️

the staff was incredibly helpful, considering I booked the room, but it wasn't on their computers. this is because booking.com has outdated information on the hotel. they did what they could but it was evident that booking.com wasn't being helpful at resolving the situation.

waiting for an hour as the front desk and booking.com tried to figure out how my hotel reservation disappeared, and then having to pay extra, because booking.com wouldn't give the front desk crucial info on the reservation. still not entirely sure I've been reimbursed yet, but I was assured that I would be for having to pay for the same hotel room twice.

The staff was nice and the breakfast was good.

The rooms could be a little updated we had to move rooms after the first night. Sara was good about it.The third day the didn't take are towels out of are room and give us fresh so I had to go ask but they was nice about it.
