The breakfast exceeded expectations. There was an interesting variety of options to choose from and the hot choices changed each morning. Fantastic location.

The hotel advertised EV charging (one of the reason I chose this property). However, upon arrival, both charger parking spaces were occupied by non-electric vehicles. When I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk, I was told that I could charge in the nearby municipal parking garage. Hotel management needs to enforce the EV-only parking policy that was clearly marked

The inside was extremely nice. I really liked the security of the place. You could only go to the rooms or come inside the hotel if you had a key card. Definitely an appreciated safety feature. The breakfast was good for being a hotel complementary breakfast. The selection exceeded my expectations. Also really liked the room. Having a kitchen complete with dishes, sink and fridge was a very nice touch. The bathroom was very nice and spacious.

The only thing that was upsetting was the pool being closed. Not sure why it was, but there was a sign stating it was closed until further notice. That was one thing the wife and I were looking forward to. But not a worrisome issue.

TownePlace Suites was by far the best stay I had on my entire trip. The staff (all of them) were very friendly and helpful. I will be making another trip to Louisville in the future and I will be staying at TownePlace Suites again.

If I would have noticed the entrance at the back facing the garage, I would have checked in, unloaded my things and then parked my vehicle. I am not sure if there could be a line in the. confirmation email to let us know to look for that.

I came with my daughter to visit the Kentucky Children's Museum. This hotel is an 8 minute walk to the Museum, which is great and allowed us to take in the sights while walking! The hotel decor, layout, and cleanliness is one of the best I've stayed in, and I've been to hundreds of hotels across the country. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast exceeded my expectations and had everything I could think of! The room was perfect for me and my daughter. The only downside is having to park in the parking garage and paying $20 for a day, and then having to walk 100-200 yards to the hotel. But that is literally the only negative from my whole experience here. I will absolutely recommend this place to others and will be returning here next time we are in Louisville! For $120 for a night, this was TOTALLY worth it! I'm so pleased with everything.

Location was our only real complaint, as it's VERY close to the jail/justice center, and it's far away from our favorite eateries. We didn't love the parking situation (however, for a downtown area, I've dealt with far worse). The parking price is too high for something that isn't accessible via covered walkway. Breakfast was just okay -- decent array of options as long as you're not trying to be gluten-free. Coffee is oddly located (away from eating area) and underwhelming.

This hotel exceeded our expectations. It was incredibly clean and comfortable! We loved our suite, which had a full kitchenette—complete with a dishwasher and stovetop. The amenities were great & the parking garage was easily accessible. We had access to so much of downtown, as we were in walking distance to nearly all of it. We love walking, so we spent a lot of time on foot exploring the city. We didn’t get a chance to go to the pool, but it looked nice! The staff were very friendly and helpful. We were able to get familiar with the area and get anything we needed through them!!

I wish the bar and pool stayed open later than they do. The pool closes at 9pm & the bar at 10pm. It would be nice to be able to get a drink after coming in from a late dinner or take a dip in the pool after a long day!

Property was Very clean & Very nice! We had small full kitchen In our room with 2 queen beds. Staff were very friendly and Nice. The pool area was very nice & clean. They had a great breakfast in the morning as well! They had a great workout room! Overall it was a great stay!

The pool was a little cold and the Parking garage situation was unexpected. Not too many Chanel’s on the tv to choose from.

I forgot I booked a suite for this vacation so the kitchenette was a delightful surprise! Great value for the amenities and location was super convenient for downtown while being at a lower price point. We loved Nino the bar tender! My spouse left his shaving kit in the bathroom after we checked out and the front desk mailed it to us for the cost of the postage which I appreciated .

Room service didn’t come until the day before we left - we didn’t want much but a day or two earlier would have been preferred.

The hotel had a pleasant and secure atmosphere. To access the elevator, a room key was needed. The room was like a new kitchenette/studio with a full kitchen .i.e. standard size refrigerator, range stove top, dishwasher, sink, microwave, coffeemaker, full cabinets, top and bottom, full bathroom/shower. The grounds were very up kept and there was coffee, tea, hot chocolate available all the time. There is a full bar available from 5pm-10pm for hotel guests. It’s positioned within 7 minutes walking distance from some nice restaurants and bars.

No complaints

We loved how clean and spacious the room was. Checking in and out was easy having used Booking.com. The location was good - we walked to great spots nearby for drinks at the Michter bourbon distillery, dinner at Mussels and Burgers, and activities (Louisville Slugger Museum, art gallery in the 21c Museum and Hotel).

The only complain we have was that it was easy to hear others. Someone's dog was barking in the hotel in the middle of the night, and we could hear TV, voices, and doors opening and closing from neighbors.
