Amazing breakfast with different options every day. And front desk staff was always incredibly helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Pool was open and clean for the whole trip. Super close to the highway but tucked out of the way of main traffic. Would love to stay here again

Plenty of gluten free breakfast items but no gluten free baked goods were avaliable.

There is a bald male house keeper he did a great job but was extremely rude and gave us dirty looks, our bathroom door was on a slider that was off track and the handle fell off when you touched it, the main room door would get stuck and screws fell out of the mechanism

it was nice and friendly staff. Good location for different things we were doing and lots of shopping near by. Having a pool was nice to end of a warm day. The Fire pit was cool, but others used it and not much seating for extra, still right outside our room so a nice view.

Juat the restroom toilet was loud and scared a few times and only 2 towels in the room but could’ve maybe asked for more. Also the 2 men workers in the morning at 8:30 on Sunday were banging trash cans to pull trash out so woke up and then yelling back and forth outside so when was trying to back to sleep not a option. The breakfast was nice to offer a lot of options but want sure what was where when first came down there and it was busier time then, so missed some items would’ve chose. Sis grab to go then so I felt bad about it.

the room was beautiful and so clean and cozy just like an apartment.. we also loved the shampoo conditioner & body wash was all full size Dove Products which we love at home.. So it was just wonderful best hotel we been to in a while

waiting for the room to get ready but that’s everywhere we know.. That’s just the only part anybody doesn’t like lol

Location was convenient for what we needed. Rooms were exceptionally clean and comfortable. Breakfast was also really good.

The floor in front of the door was slick, don’t know if it was from the humidity. The body wash dispenser in the shower was broken. We were still able to use it.

We came in for the Louder than Life music festival and stayed 3 nights.The price was great, comfortable CLEAN rooms! ( I run my own cleaning company and used to manage a hotel's housekeeping dept) Great hot breakfast with LATE hours so you can sleep in and still get food-this is critical!! Very empressed, will be staying here every year for LTL now!! Thanks for having us!

Room was spacious and clean, the soaps were actually a brand I recognized (Dove) and the breakfast was great and fresh prepared.

There were two large bay windows in the room facing the outdoor pool area and the curtains couldn't be closed on be them, so no privacy whatsoever. I don't know if there was a one way film on them or something but I didn't feel comfortable keeping any lights on.

Great location, friendly staff, great room. Hotel was very full, but was still very quiet.

Front desk was vacant when I arrived and I could not find a note about how to ring for service. I only waited about 5 minutes, so it all worked out. The shower floor was very slick.

Everything....was much surprised by the breakfast... Best breakfast ever received... There was no other Hotel that offered a breakfast like they did... The staff is friendly .. Thank you for a wonderful stay... And if I ever had to stay in a Hotel be sure this is the place where we will book.

Nothing nothing nothing

Nice and clean hotel.

It is a non-smoking hotel. However, on 3 of the 6 nights we spent there someone was smoking in their room. And the cigarette smell permeated the entire bedroom. It was awful, we complained. They had received other complaints as well. But, it never ceased.
