Great size size for our family of five! Located near everything but far enough out to avoid noise. Fairly recently updated with tasteful decorations and a great kitchen.

Floors are very uneven and can pose a trip hazard. Various doors didn’t close because of this. Elevator on second floor was misaligned and evidently had been this way for months (read this in another older review) Fire alarm was being tested while we were there for several hours, causing a nuisance for all guests. A note was sent about this after testing had already begun.

The location was perfect. It was an easy walk to the Riverwalk, Harrah's Casino, and French Quarters. Plenty of restaurants and bars to indulge in. The unit was huge, immaculate with plenty of towels and adequate kitchenware. I was unaware when booking the unit that the French Quarter Festival was actually going on during my stay which made the location that much more enjoyable as it was away from the loud nightlife but close enough to enjoy. I will definitely book this location again. As a matter of fact, I rebooked the location 2 days later to complete my New Orleans stay. Kudos to housekeeping!!!

There was nothing not to like. However, take note that you can park in the parking lot next door for a fee or street metered parking as well. We did have a car but had not problems using both parking methods.

The location was excellent! A parking garage was directly across the street. Close enough to the hustle and bustle without being in it. The rooms were big and nice and comfy beds (besides the pull out couch).

The living room sofa and chairs were very uncomfortable! A new sofa is for sure needed! The ice maker wasn't working in the fridge. There was also an unpleasant smell throughout the condo upon arrival. It smelled like Marijuana and lysol mixed together. We got used to it, however upon leaving and coming back we would notice it again.

Easy to find the location. I arrived late at night, but I felt safe checking in using the codes they sent to me beforehand. The apartment was super clean and very accommodating. The bed was so comfortable. The Wi-Fi was strong enough so I could do some work one day. The location was perfect: walkable to the French Quarter, Magazine St, the WWII Museum, etc. But also tucked away a bit so you're not in the thick of it the chaos of the French Quarter. The staff were very responsive and available when I had a late-night request on the first night. Definitely would stay here again!

The walls are thin so I could hear people out in the hallway, but I have a noise machine app and headphones so I was able to block it out. I recommend bringing earplugs or a similar sound machine setup/app and headphones.

Super spacious + clean!! Very close to lots of cool restaurants and bars that are a bit more relaxed than those on Bourbon, but still only a 5-10 min walk to all the action -- and the street felt quiet! No noise complaints from us. Really gorgeous place to stay for a couple!

Couldn't locate the washing machine but we also never reached out to anyone for assistance so it totally could have been hiding in plain sight. Also could hear a beeping (like one from a dying smoke alarm battery) from the hallway every night and it was kinda annoying? but that's really it

Our room was clean and very spacious. The building is of course older but clean. It was very cozy and gave me the New Orleans vibe. The property is in the perfect location, walking distance to everything. You’re just far enough to get away from the craziness, but close enough to walk to it if you want.

The lobby had a funky smell when you walked it, but other than that it was nice and quiet. The couches in our room could use a bit of cleaning. The staff that I communicated with were very responsive to my messages and even accommodated us to stay an extra hour at check out.

Nice location. Big apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Good wifi to remote work. Easy access to building and room with codes sent in the previous hours of the checking by email.

Some details are missing: sponge, oil, washing machine. The bedroom curtains are not thick enough to block the street light. Also it’s a pity to have a big space like that but no desk/dining table for remote workers.

Lovely apartment in a charming building. Felt safe even when coming in late at night. Beds were extremely comfy and spacious. Good sunlight through living area windows.

Bathroom needs hooks for hanging clothes/towels and a safety grab bar in shower. Platform for bed makes a loud noise if your foot hits it -- maybe switch out for a wood platform ... not essential but might make the downstairs tenants happy.

Super quiet, located just right next to the French Quarter which was very convenient. The rooms were huge with all the amenities and the communication with the staff was spot on. Excellent stay altogether.

Nothing really. Can't complain about anything, to be honest. 8.3 is too low for this place, have stayed in much better rated yet worse apartments, this is one of the best we have stayed in.

Communication with the staff was easy, the bed was very comfortable, and it was a good space. As other reviewers mentioned, there were a lot of small things needing repaired, but the staff was quick to take care of it. They have recently taken over this property and as soon as they are made aware of things, they fix and replace them. This works well for us with a longer stay. This was also a pretty quiet property, where we could recover from the busy scene in the city. The only noise we had were some inconsiderate other guests shouting in the hallways, but that was pretty predictable and ended quickly each time.

How long it took before we could sit on the sofa (it was broken when we arrived and wasn't fixed until the last 2 nights of our 10-night stay, although to be fair it took us a couple of days to realize it was broken and report it). Really, this was the only thing we weren't happy about.
