Hotel is well located within easy 10-15 minute walk to French Quarter. Staff were friendly, rooms well appointed & clean. (my personal preference is for a hard mattress & the mattresses were definitely more on the soft side - only reason for not giving a 100% rating re comfy bed question above). The hotel allows order-in meals to be consumed within the hotel-restaurant area (which is limited in seating numbers but adequate). Restaurant staff were very friendly. Lovely vibe/atmosphere within the hotel.

Nothing really - very happy stay. There was a corporate event booked at the hotel restaurant one evening which meant we could not eat at the hotel - although not what we planned, there are many other options around the hotel so not really an inconvenience but maybe a note to hotel residents in the morning would have been a considerate touch? Also, be aware, the doorman is not allowed to order transport to/from the airport on behalf of booked-in guests, you have to do this yourself. He apologized for not being able to assist, again we are totally capable of doing this ourselves but we did find it strange that they would not be willing to order an uber/taxi on behalf of their staying guests.

Good location just outside the FQ. Lovely friendly staff. Good sized room, comfortable bed. Nice bar area.

Gym is terrible; dirty and very dated with barely any equipment. Carpets in rooms were being cleaned the day I checked in, so I had to leave the room ten mins after getting in. Air conditioning was really loud, although this did get sorted once I addressed it with reception. A really small thing which is easily fixed; I don’t understand why housekeeping would make up a room and leave the toilet seat up?! Every day I came back to the room to find the seat up; as a solo female traveler, this is really quite gross, there is a reason I don’t travel with men and this is one of them!

The front desk clerk Zaliana was so helpful and very soft spoken. She helped us get early check in. She fixed a problem that occurred, was very informative and made sure our stay was top tier ! Would definitely book again !

I don’t know if it was us being from a different state but the first morning after our stay we were stuffy, sneezing & nose running. Thought maybe it was the vent in our room or all the construction going on around us.

Loved interior design of the place and the room! Nice shower. Very clean. Excellent location. Got a free drink at the hotel bar as a perk for staying. The front desk staff was extremely nice and friendly.

Housekeeping hours were a bit off: one day, they came at 5:50 pm, and the next, they knocked on my door at 9:30 am. My fellow neighbors were all very quiet throughout the night but when people were passing by the room and talking - I could hear every word- it's always a good idea to bring noise-cancelling ear buds.

The hotel is great, the staff is very nice. The room wasn't super big but we only went there to sleep so it's not a complain. Location is great too, less than 10 min to Bourbon st or Jackson square, 25 to frenchmen street. We had a rental and used valet parking which is very convenient.

Car retrieval should have an app and not sending a text message, if you have a non american number it's a high cost message, but other than that all is good.

Location great. Rooms clean and well setup. Perfect for a hotel room. Great size bed, bathroom was great, enough room to be spacious, safe, fridge etc. Well designed room...has everything you need. Power outlets next to bed. Great.

Bloody Mary from bar was ordinary. Cold water tap didn't work and we asked to have fixed....but after 2 days still not fixed. Shower pressure a bit soft.

The aesthetic of the hotel is great! Location is very walkable and room was a nice size with great modern bathroom.

My room was on the 6th floor and I felt like I heard everything from the side street below especially garbage pickup at 4 am. The shared walls between the rooms definitely allowed noise to travel (its an old building which is part of the charm!). However, I'd only stay away with ear plugs.

Q&C Hotel in New Orleans has everything at one place, so it is very difficult to say what we liked most. Very clean, very tidy, very well preserved interior and furniture, wonderful bathroom, big TV, extremely comfortable bed and pillows, nice lobby and bar, tasty breakfast, as I already said - mostly everything is what we liked about the hotel. We travel often, and I can say that this is a rare find. A hotel that offers even something more that other, more “expensive” hotels. During our stay we saw only kind and smiling faces of the staff - from the front desk to a man who was from the maintenance, each and every person working there was kind, helpful, and smiling. But what made our stay one of a kind was this beautiful, smiling, kind girl, a rare person with a big heart - Becca!!! She is one of the most beautiful human beings that we have met! Becca was the person who welcomed us during the check-in and eventually sent us on our departure from the hotel. From the first moment to the end she was there for everything. And by my opinion, she is not simply performing her duties, but she do her job with an honest smile and genuine please. If you want to have one of a kind experience visiting New Orleans, LA, please, just stay at Q&C hotel, enjoy your time there, and meet Becca! This beautiful person is the shining jewel of the hotel! Last but not least, we want to say a big “Thank you” to one of the waiters, name John, who was the salt of the tasty food that he served us. Because a kind word worth more that a thousand fancy dishes, but a bad word can spoil even the most perfect meal. I do not mention other names, but I definitely would, if I new them. Thank you, Becca, John, all other their colleagues, and Q&C hotel! You made our stay unique!!!

The food prices in the restaurant were the most reasonable in we encountered on the trip. The staff really seemed to enjoy their jobs. They treated us with kindness and genuine friendliness.

There was an unexpected charge on my credit card. I have a call in to inquire what this charge is.

Location was excellent! Walking distance to work venue. Walking distance to French Quarter, and removed enough to avoid the 24/7 sonic riot of the FQ.

Had a kind of "old" vibe to it, especially the entrance and lobby area. Frankly, this is not much of a dislike. Each day of visit, I looked forward to returning to my hotel room, and that's a good feeling.
