Everything perfect with a clean and very comfortable huge room and everything visitors need. Very good breakfast with a good choice of products and you even bake yourself delicious waffles. Very quiet and nice and helpful staff!

No complaints at all but just a remark about location: no problem at all to get to Brewer with a car, only a short drive from Bangor center and the airport. But getting there without a car may be very difficult, particularly at night because of poor public transport. A shuttle minibus picked us up at Bangor Grand Hotel in front of the Park and ride bus stop ( nothing there, no phone, no taxi after midnight).

Very cozy and decorative. Not a normal 'hotel' stay. Most of the stagg were very pleasant and helpful.

The vending machine in the building was empty and when I went to the main building the attendant said sorry...May have a couple things left in this machine. Mind you it was pouring rain and leaving a building that has two levels with one vending machine that kept saying sold out was not pleasant but the night attendants responses were what pushed it over for me. Not helpful at all.

The room was exceedingly quiet, which is what I requested. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was beyond my expectations, since they had waffles that you could make on the spot.

I didn't like the additional employee hanging out in the lobby while I was paying for my stay. He was just sitting in the chair not doing anything. I also didn't like that the remote control did not work for the TV, but it was past office hours so I could not get a remedy for it. also there was no coffee maker in the room, although one was not promised.

I really enjoyed the room we had (a king suite that included a jacuzzi in the room).

The door lock to enter our room was near impossible to unlock with the key. I almost locked myself out multiple times. The remote to the TV did not work properly and needed new batteries and when we asked for new batteries they provided us with the wrong ones.

The breakfast was awesome! Loved the waffles and the blueberry and strawberry toppings! Staff were excellent! Very helpful! Location was great…close to shopping areas, the Maine Savings Amphitheater where we attended a concert. Would definitely stay here again!!

The breakfast was the best of the three different hotels we stayed at during our trip. Liked the waffles and berry toppings.

Bathroom was tight. Toilet paper was on the wall behind the room door, made it awkward to reach since you have to swing the room door past you (while on the toilet) to reach the toilet paper.

We came up for a Jimmy Buffett concert. They were very accommodating by allowing us to set up tents and tailgate on their lawn with our group and other hotel guests, just no grills. They offered a shuttle to and from the concert, Bonus!!! They did not jack their rates up because of the concert. They are currently still renovating and one of our rooms was a little rough but the others were nice. Honestly, better than expected.

We needed ice after the concert and the ice machine was out of order. Should have full length mirrors in the room. That’s really all I can come up with.

A small negative could be the breakfast room employee wasn't active with the guests She was focused on personal conversation and had to be told there was no coffee Other than coffee running out, food supplies were well stocked.

Loved everything about this place! The staff was super friendly and helpful and the rooms were absolutely adorable, comfortable and clean! My expectations were not set very high as the price for the 2 rooms we had was significantly lower then what we normally pay elsewhere and I was in shock at what we got for our money! I would 100% recommend this place to anyone that wants a nice getaway! We plan to take the 4.5 hr trip again just to stay longer then we did.

Only down side is not having a pool but can live without one

Easy location and comfy beds!

The floor was so dirty that my socks were immediately covered in dog hair and dirt. Everything that I set down on the bedspread was covered in pet hair when I picked it up. I realize that it is a pet friendly room but a simple sweep/vacuum and wash could have made this immensely more clean.
