I did not have breakfast as I did not believe it was included. It was a clean room but the half shower door was not great for keeping the water in. It is a very boutique space well appointed.

It would have been nice to have been given a map of where to park - there was no parking Saturday night and staff telling you where something is without a map is ridiculous. I thought the room was less expensive but I realize that is why I was charged that day instead of a month? before. We also didn’t realize the hotel was part of the university bc booking .com does not push the fact that it is on the university campus. The room is very tiny so we were out all day with our son at his apartment. Perfect if you want a place to sleep that’s clean and pretty quiet.

Coburn building, building #3, had charm with cascading staircases. It was a previous library on the University of Maine campus. Building had a laundry facility (at a reasonable fee service). Not sure if the other buildings offer this. MajorMinor Cafe was located in building one. Clean and comfortable hotel room, but all facility amenities are not located in building three, which may or may not be of concern, but you should be aware.

Coburn building offered very limited parking availability. If needed, parking by building one, with a short walk via paved path from larger parking lot to hotel building number three. In addition, while an elevator is available to get you to your floor, you may need to climb an additional half flight of stairs to get to your room. So if you have any ADA issues with mobility, it is important to let the desk know so you can be properly assigned to a room that will not have additional steps.

Excellent location for events on UMaine campus or Collins Center for the Arts (just a short walk). Clean and modern, beds were comfortable.

The bathroom could use improvement. The shower was only half enclosed, so the water sprayed on the floor. There was only one vertical shower bar on the side opposite from the shower head, under the shampoos - in a pretty useless location. No horizontal shower bar for actually holding on to. There were too few towel hooks or towel bars.

Coburn Hall was built in 1887–88 for the departments of Agriculture and Natural History. In addition to administrative offices and classrooms, Coburn contained the college library and a natural history museum. Staying in the converted Hotel was pretty cool. We had one of the less expensive rooms. I'd love to see the blogger rooms. Everything is brand new and clean.

One of the windows was left ajar and cold air blew in all night. I tried to close it but no luck.

The room was great. Super convenient if you have a child or loved one taking classes at this college.

It was on campus. My husband and I had no idea it was on the college campus and were celebrating that evening. There is no way to get any service to deliver adult beverages. Also, there was no smoking on the campus, including vaping. Had we known it was directly on campus, i would have booked somewhere else.

This is a wonderfully comfortable place to stay in Orono and is right on the UMaine campus, so it's very convenient if that is your destination. We appreciated the spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, and well-stocked bathroom.

We weren't sure where the ice machine was in our part of the hotel, but that was easily resolved by chatting with the helpful front desk staff.

Recently renovated . Rooms were clean modern easily accessible. Staff were attentive friendly and answered all my questions . Parking at hotel was easy ! Will definitely be staying again

Cafe was well updated with nice touches. Staff were friendly and Efficient . Menu was limited for the number of guests and ran out of pastries and other options . Perhaps an expansion of the kitchen in the future ?

Easy to find, excellent safe parking, welcoming informative staff, beautiful reading room and cafe, very new and modern, extremely comvoratble beds, had a first floor room easy walk out for the dog as needed

Heating/cooling was powerful and a little hard to adjust - we were probably too tired to figure it out completely - still we were cool and comfortable

All of it except breakfast part.

Limited breakfast selection and prices and options not visibly available. Very inconvenient that first thing in the morning you have to scan a code to pull up menu to order. Would be nice if breakfast was included like some other hotels to get your day started.

The staff, the coffee, the ambiance, the surroundings

The first basement room, which was immediately changed :-) The curtains in our 2nd room's bathroom. , Suggest change to blinds, as they hang out to almost touch the toilet.
