Pleasant staff , clean halls and room, certainly updated , microwave was an added bonus along with a great fridge. Everything worked in room. Easy access to highway, mall very close by, as well as restaurants. I will certainly use this place again. Thanks so much!

Super friendly, helpfull staff. Big room so clean and tidy. Comfortable bed. Soft towers. Breakfast was collected from the reception. Tea & coffee 24h avalaible.

We only stayed one night. After reading some reviews, we were a bit hesitant. It is in an "industrial" area, so it felt safe! Close to everything. We were attending a concert downtown, and it was less than a 10 minute drive. Yes, it is old, but they keep it very clean, beds are comfortable, and the linens were clean. Rooms are small but have everything you need, cold a/c, mini refrigerator with freezer, outlets with charger ports, and no funny smells. We were pleasantly surprised with our stay.

Only had two issues one was the tub/shower combo faucet, which was a bit messed up but still worked! The other is just a statement about Bangor lodging. Why is it so expensive? Rooms at almost every place were well over $400. a night.

it was close to family and friends and easy access to the area.

bathtub was dirty and I had to go out and buy cleaning supplies to clean it. bathroom was very small

The beds were very comfortable I was impressed.

I didn't like the shower well the shower head sucked

This hotel is newly renovated and above average for a budget hotel. Showers were clean rooms were comfortable, staff were friendly, the hallways smelled new. Breakfast was a to-go bag which I normally don’t bother with but this one was good and had plenty options which accommodated food allergies in our party.

Nothing to complain about, as long as you’re not expecting five star luxury from a super 8 I don’t think you’ll be disappointed here

Very clean and comfortable Good location with a Dunkin’ donuts and Walmart nearby Bagged breakfast was great. Two juices, granola bars, cheese and nuts, eggs, yogurt, oatmeal, and fresh coffee in the lobby all day. Great snacks for travelling or to bring somewhere for a picnic. This place was a great find for a reasonable price Staff was friendly

Rooms were nice, it’s close to the airport, all the rooms are interior,

I couldn’t use my business card to pay for my room which has never been a problem. I wish they would’ve posted something somewhere saying that thankfully I had enough money to cover the room or I would’ve been stranded over 1,000 miles away from home.

We liked the refrigerator & microwave in our room. Staff was very friendly & facility was very clean. Facility had an area outside for smoking. Easy to access Bangor from this location. We enjoyed our stay & will return.

It was lovely.

The hotel was very clean and staff were polite and helpful. Breakfast was included. It was a "grab and go," but the bag contained a nice selection of packaged pastries, granola bars and juice. Coffee was available in the lobby and was good! The price and proximity to the airport make this hotel a great value.

It would have been great to have transportation to the airport or Concord Coach Transportation Center, but Ubers were readily available, so this wasn't a big problem.
