Staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel was clean and modern. Spacious room and comfortable beds.

Our room ac/heat was very loud so we never turned it on at night. The clock was broken, the microwave had no clock set and there was no night light in the bathroom. We usually stay in Hampton Inn and are familiar with their accommodations. Most other HI have some type of potatoes for breakfast, this one just offered some kind of egg omelette and a sausage, (which were not very tasteful) no hash browns/potatoes. Their breakfast was subpar.

The hotel was newer, clean and upscale. The room offered enough space and was quiet. The location wasn't too far from all the action downtown. The included breakfast was good. Parking was adequate.

My only complaint would be the price. The price seemed about 30 percent too high for what you get, and I wasn't traveling during peak season. If I returned to the area, I'd certainly seek a cheaper option.

Why are you using paper plates and disposable cups and silverware? Please consider the environment and switch to reusable chinaware, thank you. There is no shower by the pool - would be more hygenic to have one. Expensive.

The upgrades to the hotel made in recent renovations set this place above the rest. Beautifully clean and quiet, this hotel is worth a visit! Staff were friendly, patient, and consistently courteous. We stayed on the first floor and enjoyed frequent visits from a family of groundhogs outside our window.. Highly recommend!

This hotel sits 4 miles from downtown Portland. It requires driving to the sites downtown, so while parking at the hotel is free and safe, folks staying here have to drive downtown and pay for parking there.

A standard large modern functional hotel on the edge of Portland in easy reach of the highway but a long way from the city downtown. The rooms were large, airy and clean with a big comfy bed. Room facilities were what you would expect in this type of hotel. Breakfast was pretty good and varied with lots of space to sit. Not bad value for money.

All fine in this very generic style hotel. You tend to stay in these places more for convenience than for any style or quirkiness.

Everything was great. Staff were VERY friendly, room was spacious and clean. Loved the heated pool and the complimentary breakfast. Location was great, no complaints. This is the best stay I've had in a long time. Will definitely be back when I'm in the area and will highly recommend. Great view, too!

The room was fine, quite comfortable, on the top floor with a pleasant view. Liked the 24-hour availability of coffee and tea. Liked the walk-in shower.

The inadequate seating in the breakfast room and the breakfast buffet choices. Only one chair for 2 people in the bedroom.

Dillon wasn't too helpful at first but then about 30 min later he made a call and we were able to swim so thank you Dillon you saved the day....

I didn't like the fact of me calling 2 days prior to my trip to make sure the pool was working and get there it was too late the first night which I understood but the next day I was told she put chlorine in it so it would be ready by 1 pm so I went out shopping came back at 5 and was told the pool was closed because it flooded so I wanted to talk to a manager about getting a refund to check into a different hotel.

Very clean, great towels, toiletries and overall bathroom comfort. Bed was crisp with nice pillows

There was no breakfast attendant present and the area was messy and not restocked. The waffle makers were unusable due to leftover batter burnt on the grates.

The coffee was delicious! Fair amount of breakfast options. Our room was clean & comfortable. The staff was friendly & accommodating. Great location.

No vending machine, and the front desk snacks were expensive. The pool closed too early.
