Room, fitness center and walking around the property. Swimming pool was busy with lots of children so we didn’t get the chance to enjoy it while we were there.

I felt like I was caught in the middle of the doubling booking issue. I had to follow up between Sable Oaks staff and Booking.com every day because both weren’t communicating to each other. It took me 5 days to finally resolve my issue and get my refund back.

The food in the restaurant was delicious and the staff were great!

The carpet was stained and the bathroom was not as clean as it should have been upon our arrival. The staff offered to send house keeping to clean it immediately once We alerted them

Very clean, nice room

Price is too high. Need to put a corner step in the shower so women can shave their legs while they shower. The little corner bar was a good attempt but didn’t work. Also should include free breakfast.

The beds were so comfortable. I was having surgery the next day and didn't think I'd sleep. Best sleep!

I did not personally experience however saw guests in the dining room wait a long time for food that- never came for the 2 adults, they waited over an hour! The manager was not seen talking to them after they had been told they would. I was glad the child's food came on time.

The staff was welcoming, personable and friendly in both the restaurant and the hotel itself. Overall the room was clean, the bed was super comfy, and the tv had Netflix! The pool and gym are also nice.

There was hair stuck to the ceiling of our bathroom, which was noticed while taking a shower. The shower wand was also broken. You can tell some of the parts of the hotel are old but has since been renovated to it’s best ability.

The hotel was clean, professional, f ull service hotel. The room was modern, clean and comfortable with a big TV that was comfortable to watch in bed. Bathroom was updated with a walkin shower, with nice rain shower head. Location was perfect for our family function and restaurants and shopping, but in a quiet setting.

The per night cost was more than we typically like to pay, but we were only there for 3 nights so decided to splurge. Saturday night there was a wedding so we had to park around back of the hotel and walk a bit to find a hotel entrance.

Room was very clean...manager was exceptionally pleasant. They made an exception for us because we paid cash vs credit.

We asked how to get to our room and the gentleman behind the counter told us he couldn't tell us that information. It was as easy as telling us. Take the elevator behind you tinthe 5th floor....but he didn't.

The Sheraton is in a great location, close to restaurants and family.

The only thing that would have improved the stay would have been if the price would have been a little lower.

I thought the beds and showers were nice. The staff were quite friendly. It was a nice place to have training. I did not get a chance to use the other facilities.

The hours for the restaurant were confusing. I wasn't sure when I cutoff get breakfast, and it was not open at lunch, which was disappointing.

Very nice hotel, good value however it’s not very close to the main town of Portland. Rooms were huge, lovely bar and restaurant onsite.

Hotel facilities and room were perfect.
