We were a group of 4 people, the 2 bedroom suite was the perfect amount of room where we didn’t feel on top of each other. The property is perfectly located 15-20 mins from Portland (depending on where in Portland you’re headed to). The room was clean, the AC worked great. It was extremely quiet (3rd floor, end of the hallway in a 2 bedroom suite). We saw maybe 2 other people the whole time besides the front desk staff. We felt very safe. The front desk was staffed at all times, very attentive even when we asked for extra TP at midnight. I think all the negative reviews were just people being very over dramatic. I’m very picky about hotels and cleanliness and I was very happy with our stay. For a 2 night stay, it was the perfect accommodation.

Our biggest complaint was the fact that the toilet paper holder was hanging off the wall. But it was really not that serious/or a a huge deal to the point of being upset about it.

The fact that it was 2 bedroom with doors that closed because my husband and I traveled with our friend.

The handle on the recliner in the living room was visibly broken so couldn’t raise my legs. My ankles swell and had to go to bed to elevate my feet. The window sill in the kitchen was filthy. The phone in the living room wouldn’t work. The ice maker didn’t function either. When I called the front desk they told us to walk to the other building with the ice tray from the freezer. When my husband walked over to get the ice, the ice maker in the lobby wasn’t working either so the front desk went and filled it elsewhere.

LOVE that they have grills available for use & lots of other kitchen wares you can borrow from the front desk. love having a kitchen do we don’t have to eat out.

only 1 room on the property with roll in shower makes it difficult when booking a handicap room expecting the roll in & then not having it, made showering extremely difficult as our commode chair didn’t fit well in the bathtub. however, they did book us in that specific room for our next stays that are already booked!

Everything it was spacious, clean and comfortable. Stores were close to the Hotel. I will stay again if I visit again.

i didn’t like the comments from the guy who did my check in. I call the hotel to ask a what time I can do the check in and the signal was bad so he was very rude to me. when I went to do the check in he told me the picture from my id was old because I look young in the picture, so literally he call me old, other then that everything was perfect

I will definitely start with JB, who works the front desk and he is the most caring and understanding person I have ever encountered at a hotel and it’s the reason why I stay there so much. And I love staying in a hotel that makes me feel like home away from home which has everything you could ever ask for and more so I recommend this place to each and everyone who needs a nice place to stay while on the road or away from home.

It was well located in a quiet part of Maine, just a bit south of Portland. The amenities were fairly comprehensive for a small hotel, with a full kitchen with pots, pans, utensils (just no food ingredients, which is understandable), and even washing detergent. The room was clean and very well maintained.

Nothing really. The floors/ceilings can be quite thin and creaky so we could hear people walking around upstairs, and our room was on the second floor and, unfortunately, there was a street lamp right outside our window, but that was nothing the curtain couldn't solve!

Good value. The room was had great space to stay for a few days. It was well equipped and the bed was comfortable. Gentleman at the desk was very helpful even though he worked at least a double shift. I checked in at 5:00 p.m. and left at 8:00 and he was still at the desk.

I thought facilities just seemed a little tired and could use a re-fresh. The carpets and elevator were not especially clean.

Excellent customer service. JB was quite helpful, answered all our questions and provided everything we needed. Also, I coincidentally rode on the elevator with the maintenance person whom asked if everything was okay with the room. I mentioned the slow flowing bathroom drain and he fixed it immediately.

House keeping didn't ensure that the bathroom was draining properly.

The staff was very pleasant. Was very help with issues discovered.

The room needed a little attention. The loose door handle came off in hand. AC is not working after a couple days and shower pressure was low.

Good size room with plenty of space. The kitchen is a bit small (you wouldn't want 2 people trying to cook at once) but functional and well equipped.

No hangers or luggage rack in the room. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash holder was not attached to the wall when we arrived (we found it sitting on a shelf). The fridge made a humming noise.
