Breakfast was adequate and the buffet was clean and well stocked. The OJ was very watered down which was unfortunate but sure not a deal breaker! Decent buffet but nothing too exciting. Our room was great and the bed linens were exceptionally comfortable, so much so I'd like to get some for my bed at home. Room was super well appointed with full sized fridge, microwave, dishwasher, dining essentials, great seating area, lots of storage space (great for a long term stay) and dining area. Super convenient to the airport so we'd stay here pre/post flight when needed.

I couldn't figure out how to open the sink drain in the bathroom so it had to just drain slowly on its own. The TV was situated to be seen primarily from the seating area which made it slightly harder to use from the bed; really not too big of an issue at all.

Very clean. Spacious rooms. Nice staff.

The credit card machine was malfunctioning. I had to swipe my card twice to show payment on the hotel’s end. My credit card posted both swipes as pending charges which decreased my available use by $700 for several days. This also happened to the man in front of me at the front desk two days before . He was livid. The front desk clerks knew that this kept happening to customers.

Reasonably priced. Good size room allowed 5 off us to stay comfortably in 1 space. Curtain partition helped with privacy.

Little maintenance things detracted from value- struggled to get pull out sofa set up and stored away, bathroom door didn't lock, one of the lights in the room didn't work properly, door to pool area sticks, seat missing on one of the stationary bikes... nothing major but...

great gals at the front fest professional informative. the one from Germany picked me up from airport and she was so kind to pick up another resident who hadn’t yet called. very nice. I asked if they liked working for Hilton and they both talked about the great management and the best team players at that hotel. these are ones you keep and give them extra accolades for there service. the truly loved there job. The size and layout of the room were very good. The room was very clean when I checked in. All the staff except one were friendly and accommodating.

I did not like having to request my room to be cleaned. I had to request a full cleaning by 11 p.m. if I wanted that. Otherwise they just emptied trash and changed out the towels, but only if I requested it. I ended up making my own bed several days. For the amount paid, I believe daily housekeeping service should be provided. There weren't enough dishes and cutlery.

The room size was perfect for a family of 4 (17 year old & 12 year old). My older son used the pull out couch and was very comfortable. My younger son enjoyed the gym as he loves to work out. Front desk staff was extremely nice, polite and accommodating. Location was great as we have family in Westbrook and Windham.

We had a little noise issue in the room above us that sounded like kids running back and forth. We called the front desk and they helped us with it. Other than that it was very quiet on our floor.

The room was pleasantly large and the beds were very comfortable. Has a big kitchenette with large fridge, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, sink, dishwasher. Breakfast was good and lots of options. Room was clean and well isolated from outside noise.

Wish the cleaning team would clean everyday instead of having to ask for it.

The property was amazing.It is so close to my favorite shop "Burlington"! And on the other side is like 3 -5 mins walk for more store to shop your favorite stuff at home and for yourself.

The only thing that I don't like is the swimming pool,the smell of the chlorine was so strong but aside from that everything was great.

Room clean. Pool was nice. Location was great to our plans.

Breakfast. Stayed three days serving utensils for oatmeal toppins nasty, needs to be cleaned. We ate early and two others where in lobby, so I know they weren't cleaned from the day before. Fresh fruit was oranges, need more choices.

Clean, friendly hotel in a good location, close to shopping, restaurants and the airport. The rooms are suites, so there's more room than your standard hotel room and also include a kitchen with full size refrigerator and a dishwasher. The staff was super friendly and helpful!
