Very informative, respectful man assisted my check in. Air conditioning worked great in 95 degree weather. Really impressive breakfast sanitation! Individually wrapped cups and food items, the pancake machine and cutlery dispenser where you alone touch the utensils. Hot food and nice variety also.

No elevator, so the travelers have to carry their luggage up and down stairs TV did not work but a very nice gentleman employee appeared and fixed in in 10 minutes.

Included breakfast was beyond expectations with a good selection of items including scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, bagels etc. Staff was very courteous; room was spacious and clean, comfortable bed and linens.

The only thing negative was the noise level and even with that the room was relatively sound resistant to noise from nearby highway. Unfortunately the guests from 1 of our neighboring rooms arrived late (around 1am) and seemed to be lingering outside the room with friends with raised conversations. A bit out of the hotel's control but perhaps better spacing of guests in a not full property would be helpful.

The check in staff was friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The room was very clean, the bathroom had recently been remodeled and was sparkling clean. Breakfast was better than I had expected. Kudos to the staff who manage the buffet, they did a great job!

The only negative about our stay is that floor appears to have been redone and it wasn’t 100% flat. It made me feel unstable on my feet.

The BEST staff! Welcoming, friendly, accommodating, informative. Provided extra towels/room items upon request. Alot of breakfast items available that change some daily (pancakes, bacon, sausage, potatoes, coffee, juice, milk, grits, oatmeal, yogurt, fruit, eggs, muffins, bagels, boiled eggs, etc). Clean. Pool clean. Laundry available ($2 each). Ice and vending machines. About 11 minutes from downtown/main street. Close to target & food spots. Parking onsite. Small fitness center.

No elevators (only 2 floors). Laundry room was extremely hot.

Staff was wonderful. Location ideal; a short walk to many stores and restaurants. Breakfast staff was amazing keeping things supplied and warm.

Breakfast was adequate. I would give it 5 stars if they labelled their GF food. It said they were available, but it was unclear which cereal, sausage, etc was GF.

right when I walked in, the staff was so welcoming. It was a man at the front desk in his 40’s I guess I didn’t get his name, he was so kind and everything was ready when I walked in. My room was so clean and tidy, but liked the fact the rooms are not carpet so they can get cleaned. The breakfast was perfect and warm. It was nice full buffet.

There was a weird guest topless on the floor he looked a bit odd.

It was super lean, probably recently remodeled because it looked brand new. Even though close to the highway intersection making it convenient and easy to get to, it was tucked away down a side street and very quiet. Staff was friendly, helpful, and courteous. The breakfast bar was very good. Definitely a good value. I would stay there again.

I have no complaints whatsoever.

This hotel looks like recently renovated. The room had enough space for our needs, the bed was good, good enough TV, lighting and hot water. The A/C was good, but need some maintenance. It worked well but the filter was coming out with no way to put it back permanently. The common areas are excellent. Beautiful, comfortable and modern.

The only annoying situation was the A/C filter coming out and noises from cleaning service during the morning.

The price of my stay is reasonable. The room comes with an iron, blow dryer, soaps, and coffee maker. The free breakfast is the highlight of my stay here -- it has variety of items to choose from and it has healthy options such as plain yogurt and nuts.

The walls are so thin so the room can be noisy especially I lived on the ground floor.

The room was clean. It had micro wave, refrigerator, coffee maker, 2 queen beds and comfortable chair and foot ottoman. Breakfast was hot. It had eggs, mini omelets, bacon, sausage links, turkey patties, waffles, pancakes, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt, toast, muffins, juice and more. Coffee and tea was 24 hours. The convenience of this hotel was only 10-15 minutes to Main St. Annapolis.

The bed was to high. I had to climb onto the bed.
