Signs of remodeling in the lobby but no remodeling was noticed.

There were scratches all over the walls in the room, had to ask for cooking utensils, lots, and pans to utilize the kitchenette. When we had to go to the front desk for anything. We waited 5 minutes or more for someone to help us.

Under renovation and hallways must be last to be done. Hallways were dark and dinghy. Hotel doors still had construction punch list tape on them BUT once you entered the room was beautiful. All tile. Great kitchenette, fabulous firm mattress and the best pillows. I especially loved the leatherette recliner with tray table for reading in the morning w my coffee. Bathroom was great although I very easily clogged the toilet but was able to unclog on my own. Shower was fabulous. No COLD water was at the bathroom sink. Very impressed front desk called after checking into our room to be sure we were happy. Great touch!!! Front desk staff was amazing both checking in and out. Only upgrades needed: quality of towels and coffeemaker missing in our room. Bed should have 4 pillows vs 3 as there were 2 of us.

The breakfast offering was a little sparse, but the breakfast bars and coffee were very good. Would have preferred mocha creamer instead of vanilla. Room was quiet after the construction overhead stopped at a reasonable hour. Bed was comfortable but the pillows are always too thin for me in any hotel, not just this one. Location was easy to get to and from my event. I liked the clean refrigerator and water pressure in the shower was good. I also liked that I could park my car behind the building and monitor it from the window. I enjoyed being able to take a few laps around the building parking lot in the morning to get myself moving. It was quiet and I felt safe.

I was perplexed that there was no closet or alternate means to hang up my clothes. I realize the room is small, but there was not even one wall hook in the room. I had to lay out my clothes on the bed and then move everything to a table top and back and forth.

Had a stove cooking utensils microwave big refrigerator television nice queen bed for two and super comfortable has a bathtub it's very home like and have a free laundry app for 1x use love it breakfast and coffee in the morning included

It's super pricey and it's unaffordable for long stays if needed for whatever reason and it didn't use to be like that until recently it used to be more affordable when it was extended stay they could be making a lot more money if they made prices more reasonable and the staff don't work with you to try and make it reasonable

The staff was wonderful and the service was fantastic.

The laundry room was shut down due to the floor being renovated. And the roofing crew accidentally knocked out the internet. But all in all, nice stay.

The room was a good size. Most things appeared to be in working order. The grab and go breakfast is a great idea.

It didn't appear that the cleaning staff paid a lot of attention to detail. There were crumbs and dust in much of the room and the bathroom fan didn't work and had something covering it.

Convenient to the fairgrounds for the music festival as well as plenty of food and shopping. Clean, spacious room. Very friendly staff.

The mattress was on the thinner side, coupled with the cheap bed frame it wasn’t super comfy, but it was manageable. Really thin blanket, also.

The Entire Staff Day & Night was very commendable & helpful during the time of me losing my daughter that day of Nov. 6th I am so ever Grateful to you All & I will come back when I’m in town & have referred people yo this Beautiful place !!!

We were in one of the newly renovated rooms, can’t wait till they’re done with the whole hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Almost done with renovation, but I would go back to this location to see the outcome finished

Very kind and welcoming personnel. Rooms large and clearly not luxury but cleaned and in reasonably good conditions for the price

Quite far from downtown and also the bus stop is not very close. It is about 1 hour walking from Annapolis downtown
