Absolutely loved the cleanliness of the hotel. The complimentary breakfast is also what got us back for the second year in a row. I had a very pleasant experience.

We didn’t get any housekeeping service (stayed Tuesday to Friday) despite the front desk telling us they’d be in every other day. We had to go down to ask for more towels and trash bags. We had to stalk housekeeping carts in the hallways for things we needed. We ran out of toilet paper once and had hand soap instead of body wash in the shower. We also never got our little water bottles and snack for being Hilton Honors members at check in. Other than that, staff was friendly and these things ended up being minor compared to the overall stay. Nonetheless, little things can make a big difference.

The fingernail marks throughout the room, including the toilet. Also the exhaust fan was loud. My neighbor had there exhaust fan on for 3 days. Seen him in the hallway carrying black contractor bags.

So seriously the hotel was amazing, the rooms were incredibly clean and well maintained. You can tell this property is well managed, not only in appearance but in staff encounters everyone was nice and friendly answering any questions with ease. And the elevators are clean too!! I know these things sound small but yiu just don’t quality and kindness anymore and this place had it all. And I had a load of kids with me so thanks again.

I don’t have anything bad to say just keep it up!

I loved the location and the room amenities. They provided full-size hand soap, shower gel, and shampoo/conditioner. This allowed me to use the products provided and not have to use my own and it lasted the entire stay. I loved that the pool was inside and despite the weather outside my kids were able to play in the pool.

I didn't like the breakfast options. The sausage seemed undercooked The waffle machine was the best part. The biggest issue was the weak coffee. It was weak. They need to invest more in that department because it was a teue disappointment.

We stayed here because it was pet friendly and that it was!!! The facility is clean and the staff is phenomenal! THe breakfast is decent and the location is not far from the Boardwalk & Beach. It is located close to all fast food restaurants, stores & main road leading to beach.

The only downfall was the scent (pet smell) in the room from the wall to wall carpeting especially in the rooms that allow pets. In my opinion, those rooms should have laminate flooring. We stayed in other pet friendly hotels on our road trip and this was the only one that had carpeting in the rooms.

room was very spacious, super clean and comfy, bed so comfortable . the bathroom was exceptional - great shower - the controls were at the opposite end of the shower from the shower head - so I could step in the shower and adjust the temperature without scalding myself :) - there were many many fabulous shelves in the bathroom, plus a wonderfully spacious countertop. A terrific space - loved it!

Room very clean, no issues with facilities. Decent pool. Staff very friendly. Convient locations. Less than 5 minutes from beach and boardwalk in no traffic.

Mattresses could be a touch softer, and the breakfast leaves a lot to be desired, but it is the same as you see at many hampton locations.

Location was good. The cleanliness is always good that's why we pick Hampton Inns. The woman who does the breakfast is exceptional.

We usually get a queen room, this executive king was the only one available. The room was odd. The faucets were too short for the sinks and flooded the counters. There was no place to hand your towel. The room was very dark with few light sources - esp important since it was on the back of the building. We paid a high price for the weekend and the value was not what we are used to at the Hampton Inns.

Hotel was convenient to the venue that we wexre attending. The room was suitable for our short stay. Overnight stay was relatively quiet. Cleanlinss could be better. Not the handicapped room we expected.

True to form the hotel beds were quite uncomfortable. Being handicapped I expected a walk -in -shower. Towels and other supplies placed within easier reach. A separate swich for the exhaust fan/light, the fan is very loud.

Liked pretty much everything, nicely updated and decorated, with the barn door and window shades, even extra hooks on the wall for hanging. Especially liked the step-in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful, suggesting local restaurants.

The chair in the room needs a pillow...the seat is too long and without a pillow, was uncomfortable. Also, the bed pillows were too soft. When we checked in, I specifically asked for a room not too far from the elevator. But we were assigned to room 400....the farthest room from the elevator!
