My stay was unplanned. I got bumped from my flight to Paris very late at night. While my team was obligated to go on, I was left alone to navigate the overnight accommodation while very fatigued. I booked hastily on Booking.com and got to the hotel in about an hour. This caused a bit of a problem for the hotel staff as they had not yet received payment. I just wanted to commend the nighttime manager and staff (2 gentlemen) on 6-30-23, who were exceptionally kind and accommodating. They waived some fees ( I was too tired to process exactly what ,at the time, waived breakfast fee, they even told me to pick out a snack at the snack bar.!! Just very kind human touches that I appreciated. They also allowed me to have a late check out since next flight was going to be later. Just such a blessing.

The Hotel is modern and stylish .. perhaps lacking in character. It is well decorated and clean. Our toom was nice and spacious

Not much not to like but the pool had kids jumping in it and it was 3ft deep and narrow… the sauna was not working seamingly

It was My Wife’s birthday so I wanted to take her out to celebrate and enjoy a night out without the kids. You guys helped make it possible. Perfect location, Beautiful Hotel, Amazing view of the water. Excellent staff. Everything about it was perfect! Thank you! We will be back again that’s for sure.

All went well. Special Thanks to the Manager ( can't her Name - Asian-Manager - Taiwanese Origin - if I am not wrong ) - she was very efficient, pleasant and resourceful.

The location was great. Loved being really close to downtown. Was able to see many of the Boston attractions by just grabbing a quick Uber. The hotel also allowed us to check-in very early at around 9am.

It's pricey, but from my research, lodging in Boston is pricey across the board.

The Renaissance had modern facilities and was spotless. From the front desk to room service staff, all were excellent and attentive! We also enjoyed the best water pressure ever in our shower!

Hotel is close to transit station and it's convenient to visit downtown Boston. The fitness center is excellent and fresh fruits and water are provided every day.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the room was very nice: clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The area around the hotel was safe, clean, and scenic. The property itself is beautiful. The staff was attentive and friendly. There was a nice parklet across from the hotel. The location overall was very pleasant.

This isn't really a complaint, but just a situational observation. There weren't many quick-bite eating options in the immediate area. There was one deli, 'J Pace & Sons' a few blocks away that was excellent, but if I didn't find this, then there would have been only larger dining establishments close by. Sometimes you just need a quick bite before heading out for the day. The area is still new and a lot of establishments haven't opened yet (or reopened because of the past years' unexpected events) so it is understandable to a point.

The rooms were nice and comfortable.

That when I booked the room for the club levels, no one bothered to tell us they don’t open the club level amenities on the weekends. If I had known that I was not done club level.

they had no record of our reservation upon our trying to register... finally said we could have a room...my confirmation info was left at home..therefor ..I did not have it. Painful first encounter with the hotel. Also hard to understand the the accents of front desk workers.
