The staff are always very nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and comfortable.The breakfast is actually one of the reasons I choose to stay at the Hampton Inn. Overall the breakfast options are good and plentiful. A great and convenient way to start a busy day.

The only thing I really did not care for during this stay was the bacon in the steamer tray. It was cooked but extremely soggy like overcooked noodles and dripping in either grease or water hard to tell. Gross

Great place to stay with super friendly staff! It was great having access to hot water for tea/coffee in the lobby and snacks throughout the day. The room was clean and comfortable.

The only thing that could have been better managed was the breakfast station, but this was due to other guests- not the hotel staff. Several occasions of children and adults touching food and then leaving it behind- one licking her fingers in between each time- gross! Not sure what could be done to better control this, but otherwise everything was great.

Breakfast was great. The pool and hot tub were the perfect temp.

You were out of shampoo. The tv channels were minimal and there was no option to stream movies to the tv from a personal device. No information booklets or anything about restaurants or things to do nearby. I’ve never seen that in a hotel before.

I loved the staff. Everyone that my husband and I encountered and spoke with were very friendly. We also loved the breakfast buffet and the beds were comfortable as well. Breakfast buffet had eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, waffle makers, home fries, yogurt and other things. It was really good actually. Tracy I believe was her name that worked the front desk on our first night was extremely nice. The first room my husband and I got with our boys the beds were covered in dog fur... I wasn't mad just grossed out but without any hesitation at all she moved us to the 3rd floor that's pet free and it was alittle bigger as well.

We didn't like that kids were using the hot tub. Unfortunately the dads there didn't care at all that their kids that must of been 6-9 years old stayed in the hot tub for an hour playing football. My husband and I wanted to use the hot tub but couldn't for the 2 days in a row due to kids being inside of it both days.

Staff were helpful and nice. Rooms were nice and clean. Loved the location. Fresh cold water in the lobby was a nice touch.

The beds and pillows are terrible. Breakfast all three days was gross. The coffee and hot water they leave out were cold every evening.

The breakfast in the morning was good. And the room was nice and the bed was comfortable and loved the chase. Also the A/C was very nice.

The parking could of been better. Due to the fact they were painting outside they had a lot of spaces blocked off and cars were too close to other cars. And the wall paper in the rooms need to be updated. They were peeling off the walls and some of the backroom finishes were worn away.

Good breakfast, very helpful staff, good location for restaurants and shops.

Only two lifts and one was out of order and that took a long time to arrive. When switching water from bath to shower only half the water changed to shower mode. I reported this to reception and they are awaiting parts to repair. Further out of town than expected.

The pool was great for the kids, and the fact that we could fit a family of four and our dog in the room comfortably.

The construction going on in the lobby was very loud. Also, on our second morning there wasn't enough breakfast avaliable.

Excellent staff. Rooms and property immaculate. Breakfast had many choices available and comfortable area to eat. Great location to visit coastal areas and Boston. Will definitely be back!

Our room was comfortable and clean and the bathroom was fantastic- plenty of shelf and counter space and ample towels! The breakfast buffet was tasty and fresh. Hotel overall was welcoming! The woman on the the front desk when we arrived gave us a wonderful recommendation for a restaurant near the concert we were attending. All in all, a perfect choice and great value for our mini getaway!

Another comfy chair in the room would be a welcome addition.
