we’ve been disappointed with other Holiday Inns before but this one deserves an award 🥇 for best Holiday Inn in Massachusetts, we also love the Milford location but Plymouth comes in first place. very well managed property, great complimentary breakfast, BEST of ALL : EXTREMELY CLEAN and that’s top priority for us! we’ve been here twice and property doesn’t disappoint you get an awesome value for your money here and it’s located at q great spot where you can venture off and see local attractions easily. staff is very welcoming and the hot coffee tea or cocoa all day is a big plus!

if I HAD to nit pick I’d just say : please make the pool a bit warmer! pool is honestly extremely cold 🥶 other than that we love this facility and would recommend to anyone! small but lovely hotel clean clean clean and we love that ❤️

Everything was very nice, except the staff. Very impersonal, not helpful. Mistakes checking in and checking out. They couldn't find my name, blamed Booking. Checking out the clerk checked me out as some other guest. Didn't apologize or ask for I'd. Made me uncomfortable. They just didn't seem to care. The room was very clean. Breakfast could be better.

The employees. They just did things without verifying the guests name checking in and out. Breakfast could be better. Maybe some fruit

It was convenient for our event over the weekend. The couple at the front desk were lovely and very welcoming. We had a great conversation about India and their lives in hotel management. They were very professional and keen to know if we had a good and comfortable stay. They are a valuable asset to this hotel chain. My husband was disappointed that there were no cinnamon rolls left! The manager found three extra and kindly gave them to him to take home! Such a nice gesture!

A little noisy on the front side near the road but manageable. We could have asked for a quieter room but then again it was otherwise very convenient to everything else!

Sally was excellent at check-in and provided all the details we would need for breakfast the next morning. It was nice that they had coffee and tea all day. The pool was small, but the area was very clean, although the water was a bit chilly. Parking was plentiful and the lighting in the room was great. We liked the darkening shades that were on pill chains, and were very easy to adjust. Check-out was very fast.

It would be nice to have extra grab bars in the tub for safety.

The atmosphere of the hotel itself was airy and friendly. The room was a great place to wake up in and the breakfast was great with something for everyone. The linens and towels were clean and fresh.

I would have liked a more comfortable place to rest. Perhaps a portable footrest under the desk that could also be used for the chair in the room. The air conditioning may need a cleaning also as there was a mustiness.

Location was next to many stores and events. Although breakfast was offered, I did not want to sit through CNN which was always on, so I chose to skip breakfast.

CNN playing on the TV 24/7; Only 2 towels in the room, 2 coffees. When asked for additional towels, I was given 1. Asked for extra coffee since I was skipping breakfast. Received 1 for me 1 for my husband. Not a show stopper, but it just seemed a little stingy.

Pretty much everything. We hadn't expected cooked breakfast, but there it was and very nice too. Great range of cereals, yoghurts and breads.

Only one small thing - the grout in the tiles in the bathroom floor had fallen out and left open gaps. Not very hygienic, but didn't cause any problems in use. The wardrobe was a bit restricted by storing the ironing board. If the ironing board had been placed in the box on the side of the wardrobe which seems to only house a light switch, hanging space would have been much improved.

I don't know if this is a new or remodeled hotel, but it was very clean throughout the hotel. My kids and I really enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel! There was a gas station, small restaurants and CVS across the street. There was also a grocery store next to the hotel. Very convenient and close to the highway.

I think the shower curtain gave a musty cheesy smell and I know this can happen as they get wet and don't dry properly. When you entered the room you can smell it. I always carry a small Lysol spray with me and that didn't get rid of the odor. It was not too bad, but you could smell it when you enter the room or when in the bathroom.

Recently renovated facility, so the rooms are in very good shape and condition. Large clean room, comfy beds, decent bathroom, all appliances working, lots of power outlets, safe box. Guest coin laundry with new and clean machines. Good breakfast with the usual cold and warm options, plus very good fresh cinnamon rolls and a pancake machine. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Couldn't use the hotel pool as it was closed for maintenance.

Was expecting a "continental breakfast" as advertised, but there was a full hot breakfast available to us, including different egg and sausage options, plus pancakes. It was a very nice surprise and we enjoyed it.

The proximity to the highway is very convenient, but at night, too often, inconsiderate truckers are using their jake brakes which woke us several times. The location of our room probably exacerbated the situation. We, of course, realize that this is out of the hotel's control, but you may want to ask for a room on the side of the hotel opposite the highway.
