Wonderful pool and arcade. My kids really enjoyed them.

The walls seemed so thin, as I could hear everything from the room next to me. I would add sound dampeners or rearrange the rooms to minimize sound travel.

Everything was excellent. Kids loved the pool and restaurant the staff was pleasant and food was excellent. Only thing that I would complain about is the pool water wasn’t that warm. Kids didn’t mind but for us adults it was chilly to have to stay in with the kids.

The staff was very obliging and our room was big enough to enjoy a five day stay with four persons. The location was near to the harbour where you can visit the Mayflower and to many restaurants. We liked the possibility to use the pool after a day ful of sightseeing and had a nice stay there. The parking lot was free and good to reach.

The pictures are suggestive of a bigger pool area - the pool with slide is really okay but we had expected something more.

When we checked in we were given a room. We brought our luggage in with clothes hanging up. Desk clerk said oh wait your room doesn't have a closet. Let me upgrade you at no cost. We said thank you and went to room. About 20 minutes later there was a knock on the door. It was a worker with a shower bar. Desk clerk notice my husband was using cain so decided we needed a bar in bath tub!

Only thing was beds were to soft.

The decor is pretty.The staff at the front desk during the day and in the restaurant were very nice. I was given a free upgrade to a nicer room on the 3rd floor with a smile, when I asked for another room with a better view.

I couldn't locate any USB outlets and there are no outlets by the bed to charge your phone. Poor wifi for phone calls/Internet. Sinking feeling in the bed; maybe the mattresses need to be replaced.

Staff was friendly. Hotel was clean even during renovation. Pool was nice. Slide was fun. Arcade was just the right size. Perfect spot. Walking distance to water, shops, food.

Hot tub was not hot. More like bath water for kids. The restaurant attached was very slow, and food was so so.

Hotel is convenient to downtown Plymouth and waterfront. Room was ready early, clean and comfortable. Hotel features a themed indoor pool with replica Mayflower ship/waterslide and Plymouth Rock hot tub isle.

Adjacent room was occupied with a young family with small children. It sounded like they were jumping on beds and noisy playing. Sound through wall was loud and annoying, but fortunately they settled into sleep for the night. Noise commenced the next morning, but not too early.

We came during Thanksgiving week and it was not very busy so the pool was short staffed, no slide the first night, and the hot tub was in need of some adjusting. However, we were happy to have it mostly to ourselves, and they manned the pool the next day for the kiddos to have some fun on the slide. Our car needed repairs during our stay and we were able to reach almost all of the sights of Plymouth just walking from the hotel. It's a very neat property right in the midst of the historical action. I recommend it in particular for families with small children.

The restaurant was closed at night, but again, it was Thanksgiving week.

My granddaughter loved the pool and arcade! The location was great, right around the corner from convenient store and restaurant. Close to the Main Street with shopping, more restaurants and the rock.

Suggestion that grab bars be put in bathroom.

I have no complaints the room worked out well for us. I would stay there again.

The filter on the air conditioning unit seemed like it needed changed. It gave off a musty smell. Other than that, everything was good.
