Convenience to blue line transit that will take you to the rest of the city quickly. New facility, clean and nice. Nice and hearty breakfast, in-room fridge and microwave, and all the usual Holiday Inn tradition. Spacious lobby, dinning room, and pool.

You need to cross a very busy street when you get out to the train station but there is not much you can do. I stayed for 7 days and was promised with a light clean-up at the 3rd day and full clean-up at the 5th day, but no one showed up at the 3rd day, so I had to get towels myself from the front desk and clean up and throw my trash and dirty towels outside in the hallway on the floor all by myself.

The location was fine, we received no breakfast due to the early flight.

The shuttle could be scheduled earlier for early flights we were informed after we booked that the shuttle would not start until 5 AM our flight was changed to 6:30 AM and Boston airport is very busy. We were able to leave with a flight crew early. We received no takeaway breakfast and were told this was not offered but the flight crew did receive a sack of food for breakfast. It was very difficult due to crowds to buy anything at the airport. We had to change our reservation from Fri. to Sat. night and the rate was increased by $100 costing a total of $350 too much for this location and type of hotel. We could hear walking above us in the evening and in the morning.

I received a surprise bill for parking. I had booked through Booking.com and did not see anywhere on the receipt that there would be an extra fee.

Great staff and service. Everyone was friendly. The room was clean and well-kept. The location was very convenient, about a 5 minute walk to the Beachmount subway station on the Blue Line. I appreciated that we could opt not to have the room cleaned or towels changed, which is a very positive step to conserve and protect the environment. I liked the complimentary breakfast in the mornings.

The options for the complimentary breakfast were limited and more or less the same everyday. There was not a lot of things to do or see near the area where the hotel was located, other than a strip mall with Target, a supermarket, and a few other stores.

The shower was fantastic and the rooms were clean and fresh. I like the fact that you need your room key to operate the elevator. Extra security. Location is good in that I can get right on to 1A. When I come to Boston, I always ask for the Holiday Inn Express. I get a good night's rest there and wake up refreshed. Room temp is fantastic. Not too hot or cold.

The location is not the greatest in terms of the entrance being in the back, but then again, it muffles the road noise by being in the back. The tables in the breakfast area needed to be cleaner (washed off more often). The breakfast wasn't the best and the price of the hotel was much higher than I remember.

The breakfast was very good with lots of variety. The hotel was new, with modern furnishings. The bed was comfortable, and the room was a good size for 2 beds.

Our refrigerator cabinet door kept coming off its hinges, and the laminate on the door was peeling off. The key card cover kept falling off when we opened or closed the door. Both items were reported to the front desk. We had 4 rooms and would have liked 2 connecting rooms, but there weren't any. The hotel did give us 2 rooms next to each other, and the other 2 close by.

Clean and fairly new hotel. Shuttle from airport was prompt and convenient. We stayed one night before a cruise. It was late when we arrived and we left early the next day but it seemed like a good location..

Free breakfast was not good. There were not very many options, no fruit, cold eggs, but they did have it. Not a lot of help at desk when we were trying to find a way to cruise terminal the night before but they were very new employees. We called an Uber and it turned out fine.

location is good, service is efficient, room is clean.

hope the frontdesk can pick up the phone call on time,it took quite long time to get connected after I have called three times in airport for shuttle, it gave me a misunderstanding that they stopped work that day, quite chilly, also one time called in room for service.

Good location, close to commuter train. Good restaurants and convenience in neighborhood. Good breakfast. Loved the snacks at night, bar in the hotel. Front desk personnel is friendly and very helpful.

Even if we had the sign to replenish the rooms, we had to go down to the front desk for fresh towels.

close to everything we wanted to see and do.

we booked and paid for a king room through booking. then getting there we got a handicap room and a queen bed. then discussed with the counter the stated that all we got. just upset paid for a certain room and didn’t get that.
