The location was perfect to see my son and daughter in law

The fact that my room wasn't paid ahead even though I paid ahead. Did I still have that same price I first had from booking.com to the hotel? I looked at my receipt and the answer is no. I was not charged the original good price it went higher. I'm only commenting because I don't want anyone else to have to go through that. The communication needs to be better. Thank you for your time

Easy to find, room was king and spacious, bed was comfortable. There was mini fridge but no microwave. The girl at the desk gave us info about fireworks that night down at the bay and we went down and they were really awesome.

Tv remote wouldn't work properly to turn on/off or volume but worked for channel changing. Continental breakfast was only from 7am to 9am. I was on vacation and didn't want to wake up that early to get to the breakfast but I walked down at 8:50 but there was only bread or cereal to eat. Looked like there may have been bagels or pancakes that you run in through a toasting machine but didn't see any to make. There was coffee and tea. OJ and apple juice. I guess for a continental breakfast that is what you get but was hoping for something I could grab and go like a muffin or fruit. I couldn't find a plug on the left side of the bed for my phone but on the right side there was two plugs in the alarm clock.

I liked how close it was to the ferry dock and the staff were nice. The pancake machine was kind of cool too.

There was a hot tub next to the pool but the jets did not work and the temperature seemed a bit cool for a hot tub. The faucet in my room was also leaking around the knob when I turned the faucet on.

Staff was helpful, room was clean, bed was comfortable. Few minor repairs need to be done to room.

Breakfast wasn't too good. We went to breakfast about 1/2 hour after it began, already there was only decaf coffee. There wasn't much to choose from. Only two yogurt left, and a few pastries.

I wasn’t sure what to expect but this hotel was extremely clean and well kept. Yes, the rooms are dated but the bed was comfortable and everything was clean which was most important to me.

They had the coolest pancake maker. 100% made my kids morning. Hotel also offered discount ferry tickets.

The beds were on the hard side. Also there was no microwave in the room. But other then that loved my stay.

no breakfast but they gave us to go bags. very nice more then we're received from other hotels

very disappointed with other guests/pool. First night we arrived other guests young children (guessing 10-14) running around yelling and making all kinds of noise at 2am - have no idea where parents were. Took my grandchildren to pool other guests arrived many were drinking alcoholic beverages. Jumping in pool with clothes on. no staff ever came in to check/monitoring pool

Location was great.

Sack breakfast could have been better. Didn’t appeal to kids at all! Could have had more towels & washcloths in rooms or more available. We stayed 4 nights, and never did get extra washcloths. Had 2 the entire stay. Stairs for older people, was a bit much. Could use an elevator to upper level! Rooms carpeting needed to be cleaned. Stains and musty smelling.

A heated pool and awesome hot tub were amazing after walking the St. Ignace Car show. Prime location for burnouts. A very laid back crowd and the staff was very nice. The bathtubs in the room were very deep.

I was not informed at checkin that there was no breakfast available due to Covid-that should have been posted on booking like other hotels did. The beds were not comfortable after the first night. Pop machines keep going down and no snack machines on site.

The location and price were perfect! It was nice to have a hot tub and pool to end a day of sightseeing.

The breakfast was lacking. The hotel was older and needs some updating.
