I loved the layout of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The living room was inviting and a comfortable space to work in or entertain a guest or two. The staff (when I saw them) were always curteous and friendly, quick to hold doors open for me. Also I liked the convenience of texting the staff for help. They were very responsive.

If I could have changed anything it would have been to make the bedroom part smaller and the bathroom bigger, to allow two people to stand by the sink. Aside from that, there was a small issue with a stain on the comforter which the service staff offered to change out, and the hair dryer vent was plugged with dust. These were minor details and I felt that they did a great job cleaning overall.

Separate bedroom was great for our family with small children, they provided a pack'n'play at no charge, a shuttle runs to the airport and MOA regularly, comfortable beds, clean bathroom, indoor pool, omelets to order and continental breakfast each morning, snack in the afternoon, restaurant on site. All in all good, and we would stay again.

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the carpets need a deep clean and the pool could have been warmer. We swam just after the cleaned it and perhaps that was a factor in the temperature.

Bed was super comfortable, staff was fantastic as arrived after midnight. Breakfast was great although very busy. Fitness room was great.

It was chilly when we arrived and room was a little cold and seemed to be on cool mode and unable to change. By morning it was quite cold however mode had changed to heat which worked beautifully. Shuttle ended at midnight....would have been nice as Uber prices were high for 1.5 Miles from airport just after midnight. Bar closed at midnight, had to get soft drinks from pantry after late night flight.

Breakfast was amazing. Rooms were really comfortable and spacious, the location convenient.

Our flight got cancelled due to a winter storm. The hotel staff refused to cancel our room, even after they confirmed over the phone that we would be able to get a refund if booking.com had agreed, which they did agree. It was not a good experience. Have to say though that they did give me a credit for a future stay that I had to use up within 90 days. This was really not a customer service I expected for a Hilton honors member.

location was great. breakfast was good and the staff kept the food full and area clean while being polite. parking was fine.

on arrival my bathroom floor had a lot of hair on it and while wiping in up with a towel, it proved to be quite dirty. there was mold on the shower curtain. doors closed so fast and hard I was hit several times. front desk were nice but not a lot of common sense. I checked in on a Sunday, inquired about towels in the pool area but was not informed the pool was closed from 11-4 every Sunday until I went down to swim. was not informed that housekeeping would come whether requested or not after 4 nights if stay was longer then 4 nights. had my packing spread out only to be shoved into different places so it had to be laid out again.

I liked the location. We were there for a basketball tournament and it wasn't far from the school and also from the Mall. The breakfast was really good and they probably had something for everyone.

There was one particular lady at the front desk that wasn't really friendly. I told her that there weren't any towels or anything to wipe down the equipment in the gym and she seemed like I was bothering her. And she had a flippant attitude. The hotel looks new by the pictures but it seems really old, but updated. Those hotels usually have an old feel in the rooms and this one had that for me. Just a personal issue but I didn't like that. Overall though, I wouldn't have a problem staying again.

Breakfast and Happy Hour were both fantastic. My friends and I loved how big our room was and how exceptional the staff was. Whenever we needed something it was taken care of almost instantly. It felt like we were staying at a five star hotel.

I think the pool area could’ve been kept up a little better (it was a little messy, especially the bathroom) and I kinda wish the hot tub was bigger. Adult swim time definitely had us sardine packing that jacuzzi.

I thought everyone was really friendly and the room wasn't bad. It was quieter than I was expecting and the hot tub was lovely. My mom and I had dinner at the property after happy hour and the waitress was exceptional. She had a great sense of humor and was very prompt with her service.

I did not like that I had to pay for parking when I was already splurging for a room in a nicer hotel for my last night in Minnesota. If I am staying there parking should be free.

I stayed here for one night to send my nephew off to college in Minneapolis. The place is close to the airport but it was quiet. The rooms are clean and huge. The staff are very friendly. The free breakfast was amazing. You can even get it made fresh. I had some free time so I explored the Minnesota valley wild life Refugee, which is only a few minutes away. I enjoyed my hike. Definitely recommend!

We loved everything about our stay here. It was beyond our expectations, the rooms were well cleaned and stocked, they had plenty of staff to achieve all necessary needs. They cleaned throughout the day, pool was cleaned a couple times during each day, breakfast was amazing. We loved it and recommended to anyone who decides to visit this area.

I don't have anything negative to say or dislikes about this place, usually parking is an issue but there was plenty of that even with the hotel being fully booked. We loved everything about this hotel.
