Everything was great. The breakfast was great for me and my family. Everything was fresh during breakfast. Also we were just minutes from the Mall. The Embassy made sure the adults had our time without the children with both a refreshment hour for adults and pool time for only adults. I liked the fact that the staff responded very quickly when you request things.

There was an elevator broke down from the time we were there until the time we left and that created a lot of congestion in the front lobby but thank God they had several other elevators working. We just had to walk to the other side of the building to get to them.

The property had free breakfast with many options. They also host a free happy hour every night from 5:30-7 which was nice and unique. They also offer a delicious restaurant on site which had great food. The bar is also open late which was nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

We went during spring break so there was a ton of people. The pool was over run to the point where I question how well it could have held up as far as the sanitation goes. Our room was 82 degrees as a high and 78 as a low while we were there. We were in a corner room with windows and even with the drapes drawn, it was still so hot and there was nothing that could be done as everything is on a central thermostat.

The staff are truly great, from the chefs in the morning to front staff and everyone who has to clean that giant hotel are amazing. The room was super comfortable for a family with small kids. The breakfast in the morning was delicious and a HUGE perk/ savings. Also the restaurant attached to this specific location is DELICIOUS, we thought we’d only want to eat at the mall but honestly came back to this restaurant twice. Definitely will be staying at embassy suites from now on.

The only negative was the pool, it was nice and the hot tub is huge but due to the amount of people they really put a lot of chlorine into the pool. This caused my 4 yr old to have asthmatic symptoms and our eyes to burn, but honestly it wasn’t the fault of the hotel or staff. The amount of people that where utilizing that pool daily required extra sanitation. The staff did their best!

Very convenient location, closer to the airport. Big spacious suites. Clean and well maintained. They gave us coupons for snacks and a drink during happy hour that we unfortunately couldn’t use as we were out during the time frame. Restaurant was so nice. I called and asked for some plates and cutlery as we had food in our room that we had bought. They accommodated my request very graciously. Possibly the best free breakfast we’ve had to-date offered by a hotel (and we travel quite a bit and have stayed at many hotels). Outside of the regular breakfast items like scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, sausage, pancakes, etc, they had an omelette station that made you what you asked for. And the food was fresh (not stale or dry like most hotels) and tasted great. The dining area was well maintained and clean. Shoutout to Riley the busboy who was extremely sweet, polite, and did a wonderful job during breakfast. The shuttle to the airport was on time (every half an hour) and the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

I actually thought they offered free parking when I booked. As I was pretty sure it was one of the things I checked for. But they did charge us $10 for parking. Not a big deal, I was just surprised by that.

I had a great stay here! I always choose the Embassy Suites if I can, especially when traveling alone. I love the room configuration. I love having two sets of windows and being able to see into the hallway. Plus, the glass elevator and open hallways just adds another level of safety which I greatly appreciate! The fitness center is great! One of the best. And of course the breakfast is always top notch!

The front desk and restaurant seemed under staffed, but that's happening everywhere it seems, so not a deal breaker for me.

The hotel was a short distance from the airport, so it was quick to get there and settled in. The pool and hot tub were a nice size and generally a comfortable temperature. The lobby and dining areas were nicely decorated and welcoming. The girl at the front desk was super sweet when I was having an issue with my card and was very patient while I worked it out. She even allowed me to check in early since my room was ready!

The refrigerator in my room did not seem to keep things cold. I liked the idea of a cocktail hour, I just wish there was a bigger variety of snacks.

The suite was excellent. First very nice with two large screen TVs. I usually never watch TV but this hotel had a great selection of channels and I watched two good movies (at no extra cost). Great with extra door to bedroom section that can be closed, and so that closes off a lot of noise and it was very quiet overall. A reception in the evening with two free glasses of white wine and snacks, and on top off that a really generous American breakfast at no extra cost as well. Great value.

The pool was under renovation. I had navigate to the room through the lobby and restaurant areas but it of course depends on where you have the room here. The entrance door to the hotel was rather small and difficult to get through ... that is a bit unusual I must say. Silly that Hilton charges 3-5 dollars, depending on hotel, for just some small water bottle (non-members).

I loved the layout of the room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was nice. The living room was inviting and a comfortable space to work in or entertain a guest or two. The staff (when I saw them) were always curteous and friendly, quick to hold doors open for me. Also I liked the convenience of texting the staff for help. They were very responsive.

If I could have changed anything it would have been to make the bedroom part smaller and the bathroom bigger, to allow two people to stand by the sink. Aside from that, there was a small issue with a stain on the comforter which the service staff offered to change out, and the hair dryer vent was plugged with dust. These were minor details and I felt that they did a great job cleaning overall.

As usually happens in Embassy Suites: - Fantastic staff! They really make the difference. - Good choises during breakfast (a little more of fresh fruits would be nice though) - Fast check-in and even faster check-out (just sending a msg) - Comfortable beds, good water pressure in shower - Great fitness center

We didn't get the chance to use the pool because they were renovating it (not disappointed at the hotel, just sad we couldn't get the chance to use this amenity)

Room was sectioned into two areas, and it was really clean and the staff was great! Plus the breakfast was really really good.

One of the elevators in the front was down and there was a ton of traffic. Plus there wasn't enough luggage carts. So between both of those, it was a hassle getting our stuff to the car when it was time to check out. But that's just splitting hairs, had a great stay!
