We always like to stay here. The shuttle to and from the airport and mall of America really contribute to our decision, a.one with the great breakfast room.

It’s sometimes difficult to reach the hotel by phone to hear about the shuttle times and let them know we are at the airport. It might be nice to just let us know with the booking/welcome emails the time and location of the shuttle pickup at the airport.

Front desk staff were amazing. Property is very close to the airport with a free shuttle. Mall of America is a short walk away. The LRT station is about a block and a half away. This all worked out well for us. Great free morning breakfast. Being so close to the airport we thought it would be loud but it was a opposite, very quiet hotel. Had a great rest there.

I am a Hilton Honors member and have stayed at many Hilton hotels whether under my membership or a friend/family's membership if they booked the room; most recently Embassy Suites in Nashville. I like the location, hot breakfast, and that the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

It was not a huge deal, but the tile in the bathroom of our room was broken and when we stepped on it, it lifted. My daughter had nail glue for her finger nails with her and we used some of this to secure the tile and kept the bath mat over it so the kids would not trip or loosen the tile. My granddaughter got a small cut on her foot the first night when the tile lifted, so we took these measures to prevent any further problems. It was small cut that required a small bandage, and we reported the damaged tile to the front desk at check out. We spent little time in the room so it was not a big issue for us. Everyone was pleasant except for the woman working the front desk the evening we arrived, or early morning as it was. She was not pleasant or helpful at all.

Great location for Mall of America. Spacious room, great breakfast options. Friendly front desk staff. Very responsive. Room temp was good and despite being next to the airport, it wasn't too loud.

The room wasn't that clean. The sheets on the pull out couch, a comforter and the floor all had stains. The pull out couch mattress had a rip. The bathroom wall had a brown streak on it and the wall behind the beds and next to the coffee machine had splatter stains that weren't wiped up.. Overall it needed a deep clean. The other family we were with and us both agreed though, we would still stay here again despite those things. They were quick to replace the blankets and sheets as needed.

They offer shuttles from Mall of America AND the airport. Breakfast was good.

If you need a shuttle for the next day you have to reserve it the day before.. We missed our 4am flight but that's on us not them. Just be sure you know to reserve it the day before. Mall of America shuttle took a very long time to arrive, we called the hotel 2 times requesting a shuttle and waited in the cold.. Just beware even if you request a shuttle they won't come until it's been 30 or so minutes until the next scheduled shuttle time...

Breakfast good, room good staff that we interacted with was good and loved the location

Left some items behind, 3 shirts and a purse in the safe. Shirts were gone and stolen, no offer to replace or discount or even an apology. Monica at desk got my purse and helped to get it back to me, but management staff did not help assist at all or even call me back or reply to any of my messages. I'm sure I am not the first person to leave anything behind. You have our credit card information why could you not assist getting it back and charge to our card?

This property was exactly what we were looking for and we love Hamptons so it met all of our expectations. It was the biggest Hampton we have stayed in. Management was outside this morning cleaning up the grounds of sticks and such. Great work ethic and wonderful attitudes of all the staff. It was comfortable and the location was fun. Our room faced the Mall of America and we watched many planes come in to the airport. The noise level is very quiet and made it extra fun watching planes.

Breakfast was good, shuttle to MOA was convenient, staff were extremely helpful and accommodating.

That booking.com did not actually book my room and I had to pay for a separate room. The hotel itself was great, but when I called the day before my reservation I was told that the hotel didn't have a reservation for me despite me having all the confirmation information from booking.com. I ended up having to book a room through the hotel itself because I could not get a hold of someone from booking.com to resolve the issue. It has now been 5 days since I initially reached out and still no response.

The hotel was beautiful the staff was nice the room was nice the location sucked there's no restaurants there was nothing around to get anything to eat or anything like that that was the only bad thing that was there was no restaurants and terrible location

The staff was wonderful the room was nice the hotel was clean it was beautiful great unbelievable breakfast was delicious and it was very close to the Mall of America

I love how close it is to Mall of America.

I didn't like the shuttle bus schedule. I think it should run more than every hour, especially when you have people from out of town who wake up and move differently. Another thing, the lighting in the room was very poor. There should be more brighter lights. Othe than that ok
