The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Paying for parking. I was very disappointed in this. I know the parking lot has to be redone every so often but the 10 dollars a night which after taxes is 11 something per car ( we had 3 cars) is ridiculous. Someone is making alot of money off of this which is sad because we paid money per night to stay there.

The staff were absolutely incredible. We arrived at MSP quite late. I called the hotel from baggage claim to inquire when the next shuttle to the hotel would likely be (because the website says “on the hour”. The wonderful young man, NOEL, said, just call us when you get to the shuttle parking we can be there in under 20 minutes. Within minutes, I received a call I didn’t recognize. I answered very gruffly (expecting spam)… Nope! It was the shuttle bus driver, HUSO. He said, he could be there in 5-6 minutes, so just call when we got to the shuttle parking. He was true to his word and absolutely delightful. JIO met us at the front desk. Also delightful! We asked about food possibilities and noticed people sitting at the bar. “Just hamburger or chicken wings”. I responded that we would come down after depositing our bags, and chicken wings would be perfect. NOEL was on the bar and sure enough, he was amazing. As an addendum, the chicken wings were the best I have had in a long time.

Sadly, we walked into our room and it had to have been around 80oF despite the heating unit saying 68oF. We ended up turning it off but the room was still way too warm. I mentioned to the manager on duty the next morning, and his response was in line with (the wonderful) staff the previous evening (we chose not to mention to the evening staff). He assured us that as soon as we were out of the room, he would have maintenance find the problem. I felt confident he would do as he said.

All of the staff were very nice and helpful with anything we needed! I liked how when we arrived we were given a welcome letter with places to order out at. Everyday after coming back from our adventures for the day our room was vacuumed, trash was taken out, and beds were made! The hot breakfast was very good and the women who ran it were on top of everything!! The pool was very nice and the entire area was clean!

The breakfast area was a little small. There were always crowds down there and with a huge table in that area it was a little crowded. There also weren’t enough seats. I would suggest maybe the option of to go boxes or paper plates so you can take it back to your room instead of standing and waiting for others to get up or standing and eating.

I loved how spacious the rooms are, cleanliness was awesome, the access to have airport/mall shuttle, the options for breakfast, most of all how quiet it was for me to sleep and the safety I was able to have being that I traveled alone for the first time.

I wish there was a better system for the shuttle bus when being picked up from the airport. I waited over an hour to be picked up and I had to call 7 times to the hotel to get through to see if the buses were running because I landed at 4pm and didn’t get picked up until 5:30 after finally speaking to the front desk help.

This hotel is beautiful and the rooms are huge. I booked a basic room, but must have been upgraded to a room with a living room which included a wet bar, office desk, microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge. The room had a large comfortable bed and a huge swivel TV. The room had a large sectional couch with an ottoman. I needed a room for the night due to an early morning flight, but I got more like a suite. I was thrilled because the price I paid was reasonable, so I didn't expect such a nice large room. There is a free shuttle service is provided between the hotel and airport and Mall of America which is just 5 minutes away. I had dinner at the Mall of America and walked around. The place is huge.

Now, it's right under the flight path of MSP so some rooms may be subject to noise, but I didn't have any issues.

The airport shuttle driver was in the lobby when we arrived, and helped us to get on the shuttle list for the next morning. He asked for our flight information and told us what time we would need to take the shuttle in order to arrive at the airport with plenty of time. Great customer service.

The room coffee maker didn't work correctly. I slid the plastic coffee bag holder into the coffee maker (an odd design, not as neat as a Keurig pod machine), and added water. But the coffee overflowed all over the counter, instead of falling down into the carafe. We had to go downstairs to get coffee from the lobby.

The staff we encountered were friendly and informative. The room we stayed in was very clean and larger than we expected. The location was great; it was close to the airport, restaurants, and the Mall of America. They had a shuttle that ran to different places.

Check in was a little slow. While the room was large, the bathroom was small - the door grazed the toilet when you closed it. Being so close to the airport, it was pretty noisy but it was more noticeable in the morning vs the evening. The parking lot is narrow and it was hard to find a parking space. You have to to pay for parking separately. At the time of this comment, it cost $11.83 for 24 hours.

This location is so great if you are going to the airport! There are restaurants near and ample Parking. The staff were very friendly and the check in process was about 2 minutes. I had booked online and all I had to do was show my ID and I was all set. My room was so much better than I had expected.

The overly flamboyant man at the desk on the night shift. If it were a woman who was dressed like that, I would also have been alarmed. The outfit did Not speak of professionalism. I am fine with a person in colorful clothing and perhaps a wig manning the desk, but they need to be dressed in a professional manner. The fish net stockings and pink wig with leopard shirt did not make me feel comfortable.

This place was great, I think $150 is a bit spendy, it was nice but not that nice. The breakfast was nice, oatmeal, yogurt, eggeez, some meats, toast options, not too extensive but nice. The shuttle was timely and efficient. My room was big and had all the things. I didn't have toothpaste or deodorant as I had to escape the hurricane in Florida that day by air and packed in haste, and they had a travel size of both available for free.

The cost was a bit spendy.

the shuttle driver Paul, picking up after our flight confused us on where he was picking us up. we were at the ground transportation area, "hotel shuttles" he had called me, I gave him my first name, apparently he was there but didn't call out my name or state that he was from Hyatt, he tried to direct us, directing us around to elevators, only to find out we were in the right area, but not made aware, he didn't wear a name badge that could be seen
