It's the kind of a place, that you want to spend more time in rather than just spending a night. Everything is well equipped, new and clean. Even though there were a lot of families with kids staying, when in the room, you don't hear any of that. The room was spacious with a modern kitchen (all that you might need for preparing simple meals in the room, no stove, but had a microwave and a huge fridge with freezer). Even though it is one big space, it feels cozy. There's a sofa with a table to chill in front of a TV. Or you can turn the TV to face the bed and just chill there. A big plus is all the many lights in the room, not only on the bedside tables, but on the desks too and the floor lamps. A lot of options to find the best light options for everyone. Breakfast was very good, there's the pancakes and waffles as well as eggs and omelettes, bagels, cereal, yoghurts. Tea and coffee is available 24/7. Even when you are checked out, they still treat you like a guest and let you stay in the common area, have some coffee and just chill until you have to go to the airport. Has their own shuttle bus that takes guests to Mall of America and back for free. It feels very safe to be there and overall it feels more like an apartment than just a hotel room. The best bonus for plane lovers will be the close proximity to the plane landing route, they literally fly right behind your window and you can plane-watch from your bed. I loved that. (the sound is not crazy, so those who don't love this, will not be bothered).

If I MUST find something that I didn't like - there could be more fresh fruits and vegetables at the breakfast.

The clorine in the pool was so strong it burned our eyes as just observers. We didn’t stay long. The next night was a little better.

Home2 Suites is one of my favorite hotel brands. I've stayed in several locations across the country, and this one did not disappoint. The location was perfect for our needs. The hotel was clean, bright, and well aappointed. The staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast was as expected based on previous stays in other locations.

There needs to be more attention paid to pest control on the exterior of the building. Way too many mosquitoes and HUGE spiders. A quick spray of Yard Guard a couple times a year is really all it would take. Also, rhe temperature on the coffee carafs is set too high. The coffee remained undrinkably hot for over 30 minutes even without a lid on the cup. Someone is going to burn themselves.

We like the convenience of the location. Walking distance to the mall. It was also very clean and comfortable. The room we got was spacious so that was nice. They were also very responsive via messaging and answered all the questions we had. Breakfast was good.

Personal preference but the pillows are too soft. Airplane noises are expected due to the location. Beyond their control, however, you can also hear people upstairs and next door. It was probably a busy day but the front desk staff we talked to was not very friendly. I know it’s just $10, but I didn’t see why we needed to pay for parking if we are staying there.

Lovely, very large lobby. Modern and didn’t look like most hotel lobbies. Hallways were very roomy. 3 elevators so very quick response time. Rooms were spacious with full (mini) kitchens and separate living/sleeping areas. No bathtub, but very nice shower with sliding glass doors. Hotel connected to a place to play laser tag and other activities. Sign said they had in-house made pizzas and beer on tap. Might have been fun if we were able to stay more than one night.

$10 parking fee. A ridiculous rip-off fee just to park our car overnight.

The staff was super helpful. Check in was quick and complete. We like the coffee/hot chocolate bar that was available. The shuttle was warm, and quick.

Breakfast could have been better....the breakfast sandwich tasted off. On our arrival back to the airport, I had to go through many, many automated messages before I actually talked to a representative AT the property to let them know we needed a shuttle ride. I would have liked a direct number to call.

The room was great. The quiet was wonderful. The breakfast was superb.. the location was great. Close to the Mall and easy to get to downtown MPLS.

The check in was too complicated. The lady (Katie) was unfriendly and unhelpful. I had contacted ahead of time to check in at two. I was told they would let the hotel know. And no one did. She was not empathetic to what we needed. Even when we came back three., the room was not ready so they spent a lot of time trying to find another one.

Always love Home2 Suites! Great amenities. This particular location was great if you plan to visit the Mall of America.

We were traveling for a funeral. I went to iron my dress pants, and there was something on the iron, and it ruined my pants. I told the front desk, and nothing was offered. Not even reimbursement of the dress pants. This was disappointing considering the only place open at 7:00 was Target and the options for dress pants are slim pickens😒 SO in other words, I was out the $100 I had paid for the ruined pants and it cost me an additional $39.99 for the replacement "pants" I'll never wear again. Note to housekeeping....check the irons so that the guests can be confident that it should be in usable order.

Great stay, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast is Ok, free coffee and tea are available. Close to the Mall of America and light rail station. I'd stay there again.

You have to call the hotel from the airport if you want to use the shuttle service. The complimentary shuttle service itself is very good, but finding it at the airport was not obvious, I mean calling for it, finding the shuttle area is easy.

From the moment we entered we were greater with beautiful smiles and wonderful personalities/professionalism. They took care of us and were very patient with me(I had to use the restroom the moment I got there and they told me where to go and were so nice and courteous to wait for me). They explained everything in detail minus the free Wi-Fi. It was my fault I could have asked. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place and stay there again if I go back!

I did get a paper about the free wifi but I couldn't log it at all bit I didn't make the effort to ask because I was out most of the time and I kept forgetting. Oh well.
