We felt that the staff and workers went beyond being just friendly - they made us feel very comfortable! Everything we needed was at our disposal! The location is perfect for seeing the park, shopping and seeing friendly people! We will be back frequently and recommend the stay to the rest of our family. We had a wonderful stay!!

As far as our needs - we were spoiled at the neatness and availability of: A. Washer/Dryer B. Swimming Pool C. Breakfast D. Clean towels every day E. Smiles and good attitude of workers - The only thing was parking space. But when you are as good as you are, we can't imagine staying anywhere else!

Location is excellence. Close to the national park. Very conveniences due to this hotel is in the middle of town. Staffs were friendly. Breakfast was good. The room was clean and housekeeping was excellence services.

Please fix the dryer in the third floor due to it’s out of order since I had checked in and still out of order when I checked out. Breakfast should change varieties of hot dish every 2-3 days. Stay for 5 days with the same types of breakfast was quite boring.

Extra large rooms. We got Queen beds instead of double beds. So, had a good quality sleep. Breakfast was excellent! So many varieties. Best place to stay in West Yellowstone region. Easy access to Yellowstone Park. Would definitely recommend this place for others.

Room should have an exhaust fan in rest room. Exterior door is open for everyone. It should only allow members who have the active key card.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. I took advantage of the heated pool and hot tub, both were extremely clean. I had a nice, quiet and comfortable room. There was a lot to choose from on the breakfast bar. The coffee was hot and delicious and that’s all that matters to me.

Nice hotel with good breakfast located just at the entrance of West Yellowstone gate. Staff were welcoming and the room was convenient with two queen size beds , a coffee maker (Coffee and tea was available at the kitchen 24/7 which is a great bonus) and a refrigerator, We enjoyed staying and visiting this beautiful place in Montana.

The breakfast was very nice. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable.

Didn't like that we had to change rooms because the toilet was broken. Another thing there needs to be an exhaust fan in the bathrooms.

Nice quiet rooms, clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a lot of choice and the staff kept everything full. Seating was limited but staff cleaned the tables as quickly as possible to try to accommodate everyone.

We loved the staff and the location.

Although the hotel was clean, it could use some sprucing up. The lobby and dining area was dark and furniture looked old and outdated.

folks in room above me was very noisy. floor creaked and could not sleep. was very annoying. they were up walking around all night. need to be better insulated

Loved the friendly staff and clean, spacious rooms! Super close to the park entrance with lots of food and shopping options nearby.
