We had great difficulty locating the hotel and ended up calling the hotel directly for guidance in just how to reach them. Thankfully the reception desk was manned by a young man named “Steve”. Steve very patiently and expertly guided us via phone the entire way and greeted us at the main entrance. I’ve lodged in many hotel/B&B establishments and have never encountered an employee so willing to go beyond all limits to help guests when asked. This hotel is lucky they have employed such a dedicated worker! The day of check out we were greeted with smiles and assistance from an elderly who were manning the front desk. Once again, it was the employees that impressed us!

The room was well designed for travellers with several hooks to hang coats, purses, towels etc. The soaps and shampoo products were very nice. Comfy beds and lots of pillows which was great. Good breakfast!

Maybe a spare blanket or throw in the closet would have been nice if needed. For instance my friend preferred the air on but I could’ve used an extra blanket on my bed as an option. No major complaints!

1) very modern decor. 2) Good size room and comfortable bed. 3)Good selection of continental breakfast and nice small selection of nicely cooked hot breakfast. 4) Excellent selection of goodies available at reception. 5) Great pub and Steakhouse next door ( T - Bones) 6) Very pleasant and helpful staff. Especially Maureen on reception.

1) I personally do not agree with pets being allowed into Hotel rooms that are then used by people that are allergic to animals. Especially if you have asthma or allergies. This is the 2nd Hilton Hotel that we have recently stayed in with this policy. In the future we will avoid Hilton Hotels.

The location and the staff were very nice. The TBones Restaurant off the parking lot was EXCEPTIONAL.

Hilton properties all seem to use motion detector thermostats and these cause the air conditioning to turn off when you're asleep. As a result you wake up in the middle of the night sweating. NOT a pleasant experience. Marriott doesn't seem to use them and when all things are equal, we will opt for Marriott.

Great new facility. Very well designed lobby and rooms. Bright and inviting. Family friendly. Exceptionally clean. Wonderful continental breakfast included in the room rate. Staff were very friendly, professional and courteous. They work hard to ensure customer satisfaction. Steve was fantastic ensuring we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Amazing value! If I’m ever back in the area I would definitely return for another stay.

The breakfast selection was excellent... more than we expected, especially with the hot breakfast options... nice surprise...

Did not like the squeeze bottles for soap in the room... took entirely too much muscle power to get it out... I finally resorted to squeezing a bunch into a paper cup and using it from there... though I will commend you on being environmentally ahead of the curve with that soap option!!

Rooms were clean!

The front desk lady told us that breakfast was at 6am! We came down at 6:15 next morning but it wasn’t open. Then they informed us that due to holiday they would open at 7. Wish we knew this night before so we could sleep in. Also breakfast selection was ok! Pancake robot is hard to comprehend.

Very nice lobby area. Rooms were attractive and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was okay. Somewhat more than continental, but far less than comlete breakfast. Room size was very small. No closet and no drawers forced us to work out of our suitcases. This diminished comfort.

This was our third stay at this hotel. We visit family in Concord and have settled on this hotel as our best bet. The beds are comfortable, it tends to be quiet, the shower pressure is good and the restaurant next door is a great place to catch a late dinner at the bar.

I loved that they had a board with local hotspots. They were able to get me checked in early. Property was nice. Room was clean. Bed was comfy. I love that they had a welcome message for me on the tv when I walked in. Nice touch! Friendly staff too!
