The hotel was in good condition, the room and grounds were clean. The location is convenient for freeways, Old Town, and getting around Albuquerque. It seems the city is trying to further develop the area to appeal to tourists.

The breakfast was minimal and the dining area was not available so food was mostly pre-packaged to carry back to your room. Fresh fruit was sporadic. The office staff were apologetic about the breakfast service and as helpful as they could be under the circumstances. Some issues with homeless, and office staff were considerate and respectful in asking people who were not guests to leave the property. Some issues with requesting room to be cleaned, which was not provided on a daily basis but every 3 days.

Clean, close to stuff.

Said they had a hot breakfast, but only had the waffle machine, and I thought that was dishonest of them. Area can be a little shady, but ok.

I was very happy with my room and the location. The hotel seems to be transition ing and there's a lot of construction going on but I'm sure it is all for the better. Absolutely no complaints about my room, I was surprised how well apointed it was because from the outside the motel does not look like it has very nice rooms. My bed was comfortable and there was a lot of space. I liked the little separate sitting area. Also there is a microwave and a refrigerator which came in handy.

When I went to use the pool, nobody was in the reception area and I heard people using the pool when I went to the doors, they were locked. Then whoever was in the pool opened it and it seemed to be a family, later I saw them get into a car I don't think that they actually were staying at the hotel and they were dominating the pool area with floats etc. Not very relaxing!

The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had plenty of choices with protein (unlike a lot of places). The location is great: on old Highway 66, a few minutes from the I-40 freeway.

The room had a strong smell of chemicals -- maybe to hide cigarette smoke in this non-smoking room? After I checked in, I noticed that the high-tech thermometer had an "alert" saying that there was something wrong with the AC.

We liked the spa and variety of food (and COVID-safe service) for breakfast. There were plenty of towels at the spa. The location is the absolute best for sightseeing in Old Town and visiting the two museums on Mountain.

Renovation in lobby inconvenient for getting to the spa and breakfast area.

I visited while renovations were occurring within the lobby. The breakfast was very limited and food had to be taken back to the room for eating. If renovations were not occurring, I know that this would not have been the case. Otherwise everything else could not have better as I had noted. I would like to give special mention to the young slender Hispanic woman with freckles who works the night shift. She was very pleasant, professional, and most helpful especially with having my room key continually scanned for access. I will and would stay here again when returning to Albuquerque. Thank you!

The very limited breakfast and dining accommodations. I DO understand that repairs and upgrades to the lobby were being done.

Staff was super friendly and helpful. Gave great restaurant recommendations. Location was walking distance to Aquarium, Botanical Garden and Old Town.

The lobby area was being renovated so breakfast...such as it was...was kind of a grab-and-go buffet on tables near the check-in desk manned by a staff person who would get juice etc. Not much to it.

Excellent friendly helpful customer service upon arrival, room was attractive, very comfortable and clean. The surprise little welcome gift of water and chocolate bar was really a nice touch!

Unfortunately the pool was very chilly and the jacuzzi was cold water. Part of the lobby was under renovation and we had to eat breakfast (served by front desk staff) in our room. Otherwise, very nice and economical motel.

Almost everything was wonderful. The staff was beyond amazing and super friendly. The hotel was also very pet friendly and had small but very nice potty areas with clean up bags available.

We had an issue with our card being charged double for the refundable deposit. So what was a very good value ended up being a night stay plus almost 200 additional dollars that we couldn't use until it came back off our card. Which didn't happen unilt we had already cut our vacation short by 2 days because we were afraid the money wouldn't be back in our account in time for us to need another hotel. 200 isn't a lot to most people but we were traveling on a tight budget.... so it really ruined part of our vacay. We understand accidents happen but there should be a way to fix it immediately when something like this happens.
